中老铁路于12月3日全线开通运营。中老铁路全长1035公里，连接中国西南部云南省昆明市和老挝首都万象，是中国“一带一路”倡议与老挝“变陆锁国为陆联国”战略对接的重要项目。
The China-Laos Railway, a landmark project connecting Kunming in southwest China's Yunnan province with the Laotian capital, Vientiane, begins operations on Dec 3. The 1,035-kilometer-long railway is a docking project between the China-proposed Belt and Road Initiative and Laos' strategy to convert itself from a landlocked country to a land-linked hub.

11月30日，工业和信息化部发布《“十四五”大数据产业发展规划》。规划明确，到2025年，大数据产业测算规模突破3万亿元，年均复合增长率保持在25%左右。
China unveiled a development plan for the big data industry during the 14th Five-Year Plan period (2021-2025) on Nov 30. The scale of the country's big data industry will likely exceed 3 trillion yuan by the end of 2025, with a compound annual growth rate of around 25 percent, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) said.

《国务院关于支持北京城市副中心高质量发展的意见》（以下简称《意见》）于11月26日公布。《意见》提出，到2025年，北京市级党政机关和市属行政事业单位搬迁基本完成；到2035年，现代化城市副中心基本建成。
China's State Council released a guideline on promoting the high-quality development of Beijing's sub-center on Nov 26. According to the guideline, all municipal-level Party and government institutions will move to the sub-center in Tongzhou district by 2025. By 2035, construction of a modern sub-center will be completed.

He called on both sides to fight COVID-19 with solidarity, deepen practical cooperation, promote green development, and uphold equity and justice.
