Pilot trial of smart document review of certificate of origin 原产地证书智能审单试点
On August 10, the General Administration of Customs formally launched a pilot trial of smart verification of certificates of origin in Hangzhou, Ningbo, Shanghai, Shenzhen and other customs.
8月10日，海关总署正式在杭州、宁波、上海、深圳等海关开展原产地证书智能审单试点。
Certificate types include: China-ASEAN, China-Chile, China-Pakistan, China-New Zealand, China-Singapore, China-Peru, China-Costa Rica, China-Iceland, China-Switzerland, China-Australia, China-South Korea, China- There are 16 types of certificates of origin of Georgia and other free trade agreements, "Cross-Strait Economic Cooperation Framework Agreement", "Asia-Pacific Trade Agreement" certificate of origin, non-preferential certificate of origin, and GSP certificate of origin.

欧盟：延长“暂停征收医疗物资进口关税和增值税”政策
Related duty-free materials include protective products such as masks, virus detection kits, ventilators, and other medical equipment,which will be valid for six months starting from January 31, 2020.
相关免税物资包括口罩等防护产品、病毒检测试剂盒、呼吸机、以及其他医疗设备。免税期自2020年1月31日起，有效期六个月。

Colombia: Exempting small-value cross-border goods from tariffs 哥伦比亚：对小额跨境商品免征关税
On August 3, Colombian President Duke signed Decree No. 1090 of 2020, announcing the exemption of customs duties on cross-border postal and express products worth less than US$200.
8月3日，哥伦比亚总统杜克签署2020年1090号法令，宣布对价值在200美元以下的跨境邮政和快递商品免征关税。
The specific content: Commodities with a FOB price (excluding freight) below US$200 (inclusive) that enter the customs territory of Colombia by postal transportation and express delivery, Customs codes 9807100000 and 9807200000 can be exempted from customs duties. The decree will take effect 15 days after it was published in the official gazette.
法令具体内容：以邮政运输和快递形式进入哥关税领土的、FOB价格（不含运费）在200美元（含）以下的商品，可免缴海关编码9807100000和9807200000项下关税。该法令自其在官方公报公布后15日起实行。

China restores Ecuadorian shrimp company, Empacreci company's export qualification to China
中国恢复厄涉事虾企Empacreci公司对华出口资格
Ecuador reported that on the 12th, Ecuador's Minister of Production, Foreign Trade, Investment and Fisheries, Ontaneda, tweeted that China had restored the Ecuadorian shrimp company Empacreci's export qualification to China. At present, Edpacif is the only company among the three shrimp companies involved in the incident that has not yet recovered its qualification to export to China. Ecuadorian exports strictly abide by sanitation and safety measures, and will continue to export high-quality shrimp to the international market.
厄瓜多尔报道，12日，厄生产、外贸、投资和渔业部部长翁塔内达发推称，中国恢复厄虾企Empacreci公司对华出口资格，目前厄三家涉事虾企中仅剩Edpacif公司对华出口资格尚未恢复。厄出口产品严格遵守卫生安全措施，厄将继续向国际市场出口优质对虾。
