According to the entry policy of China in 2022, foreigners coming to China from abroad may need to take 2 Chinese vaccine first. 

If you are a national of Singapore, South Korea, Thailand, Mongolia and several other liberalized nationalities entering China, you will be able to go to the local Chinese embassy for the relevant procedures to get a visa to China without taking the PU letter.

Coming to work in China and have a work permit that expires after March 28, 2020, can apply for a visa with the expired permit and a valid Notification of Work Permit, provided that the reason for coming to China remains the same.
