China sees increasing passengers travelling abroad !!!
People from mainland traveling across border reaches 676,000
The number of people leaving and entering the Chinese mainland reached 676,000 on Monday, up by 32.8 percent from the previous day and the highest since the COVID-19 pandemic began, according to data released by the National Immigration Administration (NIA) .
On February 6, a travel group of more than 20 passengers took the flight CZ3081 to Bangkok, Thailand at T2 of Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport.
Among the travelers, those who traveled across borders between the mainland and Hong Kong and Macao reached 568,000.
The full resumption of cross-border travel between the Chinese mainland and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) is expected to aid the city's full-scale recovery.
The Hong Kong and Macao special administrative regions were the top destinations for residents from the mainland, with 498,000 trips made during the Spring Festival, accounting for 81.2 percent of the total outbound trips.

According to the Airlines’ authorities, it will resume and open 48 round-trip routes to 12 destination countries.
This announcement came after a pilot program rolled out by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism to revive the country's outbound group travel services.

Starting from February 6, travel agencies and online tourism service providers in China are permitted to provide group tours of 20 countries, including Thailand, the United Arab Emirates, South Africa, Russia and Cuba.

Canada and Greece Extend Control
At present, many countries require travelers entering from China to provide negative nucleic acid testing reports, such as:
Germany, Japan, Sweden, Greece, Kuwait, Austria, Ghana, the United Kingdom, France, Spain, the United States, South Korea, India, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Israel, South Korea, etc.
On February 1, Greece also announced the extension of epidemic prevention restrictions for travelers (5 years old and above, regardless of nationality) from China until February 14.
Those from China must have negative nucleic acid testing reports 48 hours before boarding or negative rapid testing reports within 24 hours before boarding, and must present the above reports to the airport customs officer upon arrival in Greece.
It also requires passengers from China to wear high-protective masks (FFP2, N95 or KN95) on flight and during their stay at the airport.
