南区D3 腾讯大疆招商局，回顾过去，展望科技未来，思考责任与担当| 汇丰“未来之星”冬令营系列报道

汇丰“CityPlus未来之星”冬令营南区的第三天参访，由商道学堂的麦兴桥老师铿锵有力的开场问候中拉开了序幕。在一个半小时的讲座中，麦老师以“责任视角，改变世界”为题，围绕“视角”、“意义”、“责任”、“CSR”四个关键词进行了妙趣横生的演讲与阐述。同学们在生动的案例中，对个人的责任与视野有了更深入的理解，特别是向“Sustainable Mindset”转化，重塑自己作为"盲人"去认知世界的角度。

The third day of HSBC's "CityPlus Future Star" winter camp visit began with the enthusiastic opening speech of Mr. Mai, a teacher of SynTao School. In one and a half hours’ lecture, Mr. Mai gave an interesting speech fousing on four keywords : "perspective", "significance", "responsibility" and "CSR" with the theme of "Responsable perspective & Change the world". Through vivid cases, students gained a deeper understanding of personal responsibility and vision, especially transferring to the "sustainable mindset", reshaping our angles of seeing the world.

腾讯公共关系副总监带领我们探索了这座神秘的大厦。一进入大楼，首先映入眼帘的是腾讯的品牌标志。腾讯的讲解员开始为同学们讲解。

The Deputy PR Director of Tencent guided us into explore this mysterious building. As soon as we entered the building, Tencent's brand logo was in sight. The explainer from Tencent started explanation to the group.

随后，我们进入腾讯的模拟数据中心，感受了机器运行的温度。

We then entered Tencent's data center and felt the increase of temperature brought by mock CPUs in simulative data center.

In order to build a digital China, Tencent has made great efforts in many aspects including people's livelihood, government affairs, health care, transportation, finance, retail, education, automotive industry, culture and technology in Tencent AI Lab.

比如让营员们印象深刻的粤省事政务平台。此平台可以一键帮助老百姓进行政务办理预约以及在春运中帮助老百姓顺利回家的实施路况勘查。

For example, the Guangdong Provincial Government Platform, which impressed participants, can help the people make government appointments and assist people in buying train tickets during the Spring Festival.

同时，腾讯医疗平台——腾讯觅影打破了医疗资源分配不均。在公益方面，腾讯是首家建立公益基金的互联网公司，2017刷爆朋友圈的小朋友画廊也正是腾讯公益“社交+公益“想法的实践。

Another example is Tencent Medical Platform——Tencent Seeking Shadows has mitigated the unequal distribution of medical resources.In terms of public welfare, Tencent is the first Internet company to set up a foundation. For instance, the children's gallery that went viral on WeChat in 2017 was one of the practices of Tencent's charity initiative: "networking +charity ".

At 13:00, students gathered around the lawn to listen to Mr. Mai's summary on how to link Sustainable Development Goals with what we have learnt from Tencent's trip. After recap, Mr. Mai answered students’ questions and won unanimous praises from all audiences.

在短暂的休息之后，同学们来到了深圳市大疆创新科技有限公司。

After a short break, we went to SZ DJI Technology Co.,Ltd.

大疆起步于飞行控制系统的研发，并在欧美市场获得很高的关注，其百分之七八十的产品都出口于欧美国家。2013年大疆发布全球首款会飞的照相机Phantom 2 Vision，让到手即飞进行高空拍摄成为可能。此后，大疆不断迭代更新其航拍无人机产品，成为全球民用无人机及航拍技术领导者。

DJI started from the research and development of flight control system, and gained high attention in the European and American markets. 70% and 80% of its products are exported to European and American countries. DJI launched the world's first flying camera, the Phantom 2 Vision, in 2013, making it possible to shoot at high altitudes with the Phantom 2 in hand. Since then, DJI has continuously updated its aerial drone products and become a global leader in civil drones and aerial photography technology.

大疆不仅仅局限于拍摄影片，它也在不断拓宽自己的领域，在娱乐、公共安全、搜救救援、农业灌溉等方面都有广泛的应用。

DJI is not only limited to shooting films, but also expanding its field, with a wide range of applications in entertainment, public security, search and rescue, agricultural irrigation and other fields.

The DJI has always been improving the series product of PHANTOM. From only being equipped with photographic equipment to have the ablity of long-distance shooting and information transmission, PHANTOM finally has realized obstacle identification within 30 meters and image transmission within 7km through its improved stability and pixel sensor.

The advent of these drones has a great appeal to film and television aerial photography enthusiasts, especially the directors. Many reality shows and movies are shot by using drones, such as “Where Are You Going Daddy” and “Running Man”, which greatly reduces labor costs

大疆的行业应用多种多样，覆盖了农业、消防和救灾方面。传统的农业巡查农作物生长情况方式耗时耗力，运用大疆无人机后，农业从业者可以快速巡查农作物生长情况，大幅提升了工作的效率。

There are many kinds of industrial applications in DJI. The traditional way of agricultural inspection of crop growth is time-consuming and labor-consuming. With the use of UAV, agricultural practitioners can quickly inspect crop growth, greatly improving the efficiency of work. 

大疆也致力于公共安全。

🔹在搜救方面，无人机能够快速安全地扫描搜索地区，定位救援对象。

🔹在消防方面，大疆无人机能第一时间深入火场，通过热成像相机和三十倍的光学变焦穿透烟雾遮挡识别被困人员，进行高效施救。在汶川地震中，无人机能够搭载水和食物送往搜救人员无法到达的地区，维持待救人员的生命体征。

🔹大疆极大减少了人力财力物力的消耗，利用高新科技的力量促进了社会资源的可持续发展。

DJI is also committed to public security. In search and rescue, UAV can quickly and safely scan search areas and locate rescue objects. In the field of fire protection, the UAV is able to go deeply into the fire field and identify the trapped people through thermal imaging camera and 30 times optical zoom even in heavy smoke, and then carries out efficient rescue.For instance, in the Wenchuan Earthquake, UAVs carried water and food to areas that search and rescue personnel could not reach. DJI can greatly reduce the consumption of human, financial and material resources, and promote the sustainable development of social resources.

招商局在1872年由李鸿章成立。当时正值洋务派的“重商富民、实业救国”思潮风起，在其指引下，招商局创办了堪称“中国第一”的银行、电报局、纺织厂、铁路、煤矿等，并对许多领城的民族工商业起了领头羊的作用。

China Merchants Group, the first national enterprise, was founded in 1872 by Li Hongzhang, the Minister of Beiyang Navy in Qing government. China Merchants originated from the “Self-Strengening Movement” initiated by the officials from the Qing Government. 

此后，在辛亥革命、抗日战争、解放战争等重大关头，招商局都挺身而出，做出了历史性的贡献。

改革开放时期，招商局创办了中国第一个对外开放的工业区——蛇口工业区。这为我国改革开放的探索提供了许多宝贵的经验。

现在，它已发展为中央直属国企，总部设于香港，业务集中于交通基建、金融等领域，并在公益领域大力投入，积极承担企业社会责任，致力于可持续发展模式的探索。

China Merchants made a lot of firsts and acted as a leader in different business fields, like setting up the 1st special railway and the 1st coal mine company in China, etc. Also, China Merchants explored the 1st industrial zone in China-Shekou Industrial Zone, providing precious experience for the exploration of opening up.

随后，就本次冬令营SDG中消除贫困和消除饥饿的目标，我们有幸邀请到了招商局慈善基金会的李志南先生，来分享招商局集团在精准扶贫和公益领域的经验。

Subsequently, with respect to the goal of eliminating poverty and hunger in the SDG, we were fortunate to have Mr. Li Zhinan from China Merchants Charitable Foundation to share China Merchants Group's experience in participating in China's targeted poverty alleviation.

目前国家精准扶贫验收采用“一达标、两不愁、三保障”（收入达标，吃穿不愁，教育医疗住房有保障）的多维标准。

At present, targeted poverty alleviation adopts “one standard, two worry-frees and three guarantees” (income reaches minimal standard, food and clothing sufficiency, education,medical and housing guaranteed). 

招商局于2009年成立招商局慈善基金会致力于扶贫济困和社区发展。基金会的定位是扶贫中的开源者，探索者和扶贫生态体系的一环，结合公益的理念和商业的手段来推动扶贫。迄今为止，在扶贫领域已累计投入超过4.5亿元。

In order to contributes more on poverty alleviation, China Merchants Group established the China Merchants Charitable Foundation (CMCF) In 2009. 

The foundation is an explorer and a significant part of poverty alleviation ecosystem. It was initiated by the ideas of improving the public welfare while implementing in a business way to reduce poverty. At to today, it has invested more than 450 million yuan in public welfare.

此外，李老师分享了扶贫工作的思维方式和理念：要用系统化的思维思考，考虑到多方面的问题。他从独特的人类学视角思考帮扶方案，更加关注被扶贫主体的能动性。扶贫不仅仅靠公益情怀，也要结合市场规律按商业模式才能做到可持续发展。

In addition, Mr. Li shared the philosophy of targeted poverty alleviation, which is thinking systematically and considering problems comprehensively and exhaustively. We should think from a unique anthropological perspective and pay more attention to the people's initiative and ownership. Poverty alleviation is not only depending on someone's own passion, and in order to achieve a sustainable development, we also need to apply a more market-orientated business model into it.

Please share a case of targeted poverty alleviation by China Merchants Group.

例如说招商局慈善基金会打造农产品助农公益品牌的“27°C农”，帮助实现贫困农户有组织参与种植，制订产品生产和加工标准，提高质量控制，打造品牌进行营销等，从生产、加工、流通、销售各价值链环节提升能力，打通链条，从而实现产业有效运作和农户可持续增收。

We helped farmers to develop a characteristic agriculture brand, namely “27°C”. We planted fruit and vegetable products according to local conditions. Also, we formulated product standards and planting plans and committed in improving quality. Finally we created a successful brand.

如何帮助贫困地区产品在市场中取得一席之地？

How can we help products in less-developed regions to get a place in the market?

商业上战略规划主要分为两大类，一方面是成本控制，另一方面是差异化战略。我们帮助推广农产品的时候大多采用差异化战略。我们深挖贫困区的特色，走差异化道路，向市场提供不一样的产品和服务。

Strategic planning is mainly divided into two categories, one is cost control, another is the differentiation strategy. Differentiation strategy is the main method we use to promote these products. We dig deep into poverty-stricken areas to find their distinguishing features,and then to use the differentiation strategy. To be more precise, providing distinguished services and products to the market.

结束"招商局历史博物馆"的参访与讨论，大家立刻乘车赶往龙岗区大鹏半岛，晚间9点钟，营员们准时开始了准备已久的"梁氏三问"主题讨论会：

冬令营永远在给同学们制造挑战自我的机会：倪老师要求大家迅速进入状态，借鉴汇丰商业案例大赛的模式，即20min的团队内部讨论，5min每组轮流全英展示，五位导师和倪老师共同担任评委。

“Copying” the HSBC Business Case Competition, each group had 20 minutes to prapare a 5-minute speech and 6 mentors served as the judges.

战幕拉开，各个小组围绕主题，各显神通，创意不断：用流利的英文对主题进行深入系统全面的梳理，结合营会期间参访所了解的案例并链接到SDG可持续发展目标，提出具体可行的行动计划。不仅仅是演讲，还有全组出动无实物表演的丰富形式，获得大家点赞。最后，每位领队导师分别点评了自己组的表现，总领队倪欢对每队的展示技能和展示内容一一点评，同学们收获颇丰。

Group 1 and group 2 gave everyone a surprise, not only by the clear explanation of the viewpoints, but also the role-play. After each group's excellent performance, the host Ms. Ni gave  comments and suggestions on the highlights and shortcomings of each group. Later, mentors shared their thoughts on the structure and logic of speeches with positive feedbacks, they felt most of the presentations were clear, rigorous and used sustainable consumption as an example in their solution, which is linked to the theme of this camp - SDGs.
