刺鸟栖息地参与2022年苏格兰精神健康艺术节
该讯息来自我们的伙伴Artlink Central，我们合作的飞路Flyway项目从展览出发，逐渐纳入了更多可能性。这个名为RE-CONNECT的新展，就是最新的一次探索。刺鸟在其中起到了顾问咨询、活动带领和部分展品协助制作的作用。
RE-CONNECT: A COLLECTIVE EXHIBITION ON THE POWER OF ART TO CONNECT PEOPLE THROUGHOUT AND AFTER THE PANDEMIC .
我们很高兴地宣布，我们的展览“重新连接”将于2022年5月5日至6月17日在福斯谷皇家医院展出，作为2022年苏格兰心理健康艺术节的一部分。SMHAF于2022年5月4日至24日举办，探索聚集的意义，在苏格兰各地的社区和网上举办了200多场活动。这个节日将庆祝相隔两年的SMHAF社区重聚，同时探索我们如何以更具包容性的方式聚集在一起。在www.mhfestival上了解更多信息并浏览完整节目。
“重新连接”计划包括在拉伯特的福斯谷皇家医院举办的一次集体展览，将展出来自社区团体的艺术品，重点关注心理健康和创造力。我们将展示由我们的社会处方计划创作的各种艺术家的作品，如与斯特林大学合作的“艺术空间”Flyway创意参与项目。展览于2022年5月2日至2022年6月17日对公众开放。

We are delighted to announce that our exhibition 'Re-Connect' will be showing at the Forth Valley Royal Hospital from 5th May to 17th June 2022, as part of the Scottish Mental Health Arts Festival 2022. Running from 4-24 May 2022 this year, SMHAF invites us to explore what it means to Gather, with a programme of over 200 events taking place in communities across Scotland and online. The festival will celebrate bringing the SMHAF community back together after two years at a distance, while also exploring how we can gather in a more inclusive way. The Re-connect programme includes a collective exhibition at Forth Valley Royal Hospital, Larbert, that will feature artwork from community groups with a strong focus on mental health and creativity. We will be showcasing a wide range of artists’ work created by our social prescription programme such as ‘Artspace’, Flyway Creative Participatory project in partnership with the University of Stirling. The exhibition will open to the public from the 2nd of May 2022 until the 17th June 2022.
The project builds on, and celebrates, the work carried out as part of our Flyway programme which included an international exhibition on mental health in collaboration with Chinese Mental Health Organisation, ‘A Perch for the Thorn Birds’ and has continued and evolved into focused work with the Chinese community in the Stirling area, in collaboration with the University of Stirling.
The exhibition will bring together creations that were made by a wide range of communities in Forth Valley that Artlink Central worked with during the Covid-19 pandemic. The exhibition will be centred around the idea of ‘Gathering through creativity’ and a range of thoughts and ideas expressed through artwork on how we looked after our wellbeing and mental health during the past two years. Starting from the idea that we are all still recovering, the exhibition and event will look at how we connect with others through creativity post-pandemic.
