  • Are you sick of the same morning or bedtime battles?

  • Are you tired of nagging and yelling?

  • Do you really want to find out how to foster independence in your child, eliminate common struggles and have a more harmonious home?

Join me for an Introduction to Positive Discipline Workshop this Thursday 8th April @ 9:30am at Chez Sois French Bistro in Sanlitun, Beijing.

"I can not recommend this course highly enough! I just finished 6 weeks and WOW I am overwhelmed and flipping empowered now! It's hard work but the fruits are worth it! ❤️❤️❤️" - Pauline

We will be using experiential methods to help parents get into the world of children to discover what really works and what doesn’t, and how we can use today’s challenges to teach long-term life skills.

If you want to get serious about using positive parenting techniques and tools in your home, and want a level of accountability and other parents to journey with, then join me for a 6 week interactive workshop series.

You’ll learn:

more about what Positive Discipline is

how Positive Discipline can teach important life skills, such as responsibility, cooperation and problem-solving

      Why kids misbehave

How to be kind AND firm

Why and how to regulate emotions

Alternatives to time out and traditional discipline

How to deal with sibling fighting

How to eliminate bedtime & morning battles

How to set up family meetings for connection and effective problem-solving

Other effective solutions to solve problems

      And more…

You will get to practice new skills through role-playing, and the 'Parent Helping Parent' model uses active student participation and group discussion as we learn and share our personal experiences. Our regular WeChat group chat will help you stay on track with implementing the tools and getting support for your individual problems.

Here's what some former participants have to say:

I recommend positive discipline to EVERY parent….and grandparent, and aunt and uncle and teacher and caregiver. Anyone who has, or works with, a child. If we could all be united in the way we educate and communicate with our children- wow! What a gift to the future! - Rebecca H

[The workshop] was a great way to learn a much more promising way of parenting that won't make every day a battle and hopefully make you have the right connection and open communication as your kids become teens. - Anke

I would absolutely recommend Rebecca as a facilitator. Not only is she a competent and knowledgable instructor, she also has a wonderful warmth, honesty and humor that puts everyone at ease. She created a safe space that made it easy to share and be vulnerable, and that is rare. - Rebecca H
