洁净车间、有温湿度要求的生产车间和其他需使用空调系统进行通风的车间,应定期对空调系统进行清洗,对空调回风口过滤网进行消毒处理;同时在进入此类车间时再次对员工进行体温检测,体温正常并佩戴符合要求的口罩方可进入。
In a clean workshop, a workshop with specific temperature and humidity requirement, or a workshop ventilated by air conditioners, the air-conditioning system should be cleaned and the air inlet filters should be disinfected regularly. An employee should have his/her temperature taken before entering the above-mentioned workshop. An employee with normal body temperature is allowed to enter the workshop with an appropriate mask on.

其他无洁净度、温湿度等要求的工作场所和办公区域不宜使用中央空调系统取暖或通风,应采用自然通风或机械通风或两者相结合的方式进行全面通风;根据不同体力劳动强度,在确保室内温度不低于12-18℃的情况下,在无有毒物质的生产车间应开窗通风或定时进行通风,尽量增加换气次数;在存在有毒物质的生产车间,按防毒设施的要求进行通风;办公室应每2-4小时开窗通风一次,每次20-30分钟,人员较多的办公室,可适当增加开窗通风次数。
In a workplace other than the above-mentioned, central air-conditioning and central heating should not be used. Natural ventilation, mechanical ventilationor natural ventilation combined with mechanical ventilation should be applied. In a workshop with no poisonous substances, the windows should be opened orventilation system should be used as much as possible for fresh air circulation. Meanwhile, the indoor temperature should be maintained at 12-18℃ according to the intensity of the workers’physical labor. Ventilation in a workshop with poisonous substances should comply with relevant standards and regulations. The windows at an office should be opened every 2 to 4 hours, 20 to 30 minutes each time. The frequency may be increased at a crowed office.

减少集中开会和培训,必须召开的会议和培训,尽量缩短时间,时间过长时,至少每小时进行一次开窗通风。参会或参训人员均应佩戴一次性使用的医用口罩。
Meetings and training should be minimized. When one must be held, its duration should be shortened. The windows should be opened at least once an hour if the meeting or training is long. All attendees must wear single-use medical masks.

针对有多人操作的设备,应每班对操作按钮、把手等人员接触较多的物体或部件表面进行消毒,允许佩戴手套操作的人员,尽量佩戴手套进行操作;工作台、电梯、食堂、盥洗室、卫生间及接待室等公共区域或物体表面应进行每日消毒,物体表面和地面可使用含氯消毒剂(有效氯浓度250mg/L-500mg/L)擦拭和喷洒消毒,30分钟后再用清水擦净。
Buttons, handles and other frequently touched surfaces and objects should be disinfected in each shift. If possible, gloves should be worn while working. Tables, elevators, canteens, washrooms, toilets, reception rooms and other public places and public objects should be disinfected every day. Surface and floor should be wiped or sprayed with 250-500mg/L chlorine-containing disinfectant, then wiped with clean water after 30 minutes.

生产车间和办公楼的盥洗室区域应设置洗手设施、洗手液、抹手纸或干手机,如无洗手设备,应配备手消毒剂。
Hand washing and drying facilities, liquid soap and towels should be installed in a workshop and office building. Otherwise alcohol-based hand sanitizer should be prepared.

集体用餐的企业,应注意食物安全与卫生,有条件可以使用分餐制,避免聚集就餐;并加强对餐具的消毒及管理。
An enterprise providing meals to its staff should pay attention to food safety and hygiene. If conditions permit, the staff should have meals in turn and avoid eating together at the same time. The enterprise should strengthen tableware disinfection.
