“小芳”是胡小芳项目的第一阶段，从2015年起持续至今。
“Xiao Fang” is the first stage of the project Hu Xiaofang. It started in 2015 and is still ongoing.

胡尹萍在2015年年初回四川家乡时，发现母亲和镇上其他妇女在编织一种劣质的毛线帽子，并被廉价地收购。回北京后，胡尹萍请一位朋友化名“小芳”充当收购者，介绍她与母亲认识，并以较高的价格收购母亲的帽子。
On a visit to her hometown in Sichuan in 2015, Hu Yinping found her mother and other mothers knitting shoddy hats in the town. Her mother’s time was sold as cheap as these hats. Back in Beijing, Yinping put her mother in contact with a friend under the pseudonym “Xiaofang.” She was arranged to buy the hats at a relatively high price.
因工作需要，母亲学会了上网、微信、网上银行等现代沟通方式，建立了自信心和存在感。此后，母亲因为爱好创造了一百多种“奇怪”的帽子。

For the convenience of work, her mother learned modern ways of communication, such as surfing the Internet, chatting on WeChat, and using online banking. As her confidence boosted and learning to be self-reliant, she created a variety of “strange” hats based on her passion and sensitivity to the knitting yarn.

根据最新《上海市美术馆新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控工作指南（第二版）》，McaM将采取如下举措并落实健康和安全措施：
1、入馆前，须完成预约，预约方式如下（任选其一）方法①扫描下方二维码完成预约；
2、参观前，观众须于入口处扫描McaM明当代美术馆场所码，凭“随申码”绿码，并出示本人72小时内核酸阴性证明（以采样时间为准，仅凭24小时内核酸采样证明无法入场），且现场测量体温低于37.3摄氏度方可入馆。对于不使用或不会操作智能手机的观众，可出示离线“随申码”并出示有效身份证件原件、同行家庭成员出示“亲属随申码”等措施，进行人工服务引导；
3、观众须全程佩戴口罩，入馆观众排队和观展时请保持1.5米以上距离；
4、因疫情防控需要，展馆当前实施预约参观及限流措施，请听从工作人员现场安排；
5、暂停团体接待及人工导览服务。
6、有10天内境外旅居史或7天内疫情中、高风险区所在县（市、区、旗）旅居史的观众，谢绝入场参观
