BLCU's reply to international students stuck abroad enquiry

Hi, our regional education coordinator contacted BLCU's International Admissions Department to enquire about the region's students pursuing their studies in BLCU but stuck at home who are eager to return and continue their studies in the University, here is the reply he received. I hope it will help others understand the situation as well.
Dear xxxx(name redacted),
I am so sorry for my late reply. Currently most of the students abroad are not able to return to China. When the restrictions are lifted, we will contact the students abroad as soon as possible, so that they can come back to China to continue their study.
Affected by the epidemic, most of the students abroad are temporarily unable to come to the University for class, and the course will be delivered online.
As for their belongings, school fees, accomodation fees and transfer , please consult the International Students Department BLCU.
