1. Speak with the Chinese university you plan to attend because they will give you instructions.
2. Fill out the application for a visa for an internship. The business company where you will complete your internship must sign, date, and give your university a copy of their business license.
3. Submit your visa paperwork to your city's public security office after it has been completed and approved by your university.
4. Make the approximately 400 RMB ($56) application fee payment.
5. After five to seven business days, pick up your internship visa. A new internship visa will take the place of your student visa.
You are not permitted to work for any employers who are not listed on your visa. Your is receiving compensation while on an internship visa.
