Victor's Cafe at the Fairmont Peace Hotel Shanghai has a luxurious turkey to-go set with all the trimmings and Champagne, available for delivery or pick-up from November 11 until December 31.

The Fairmont Peace Hotel is a Bund landmark known for its five-star amenities and art deco design. Every year they roll out luxurious turkey to-go sets from Victor’s Cafe, available for pick-up or delivery.

Turkey To-Go Set

This year, they have two festive turkey to-go sets that comes with condiments and gravy, side dishes, salads, and dessert. The turkey is approximately 8kg, and the set feeds about 6-8 people.

Side dishes include bread stuffing with homemade bacon, celery, and caramelized onions, rosemary-roasted potatoes, honey-glazed carrots, Brussels sprouts with bacon, honey-glazed pumpkin, sautéed broccoli with toasted almonds, and cranberry sauce and turkey jus.

For salad, choose one from four: Victor's Salad (shrimp, smoked salmon, mixed lettuce, avocado vinaigrette dressing), Caprese Salad (tomatoes, mozzarella, fresh basil, pesto and balsamic vinegar dressing), Greek Salad (feta, red nions, cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives, cucumber, red wine vinaigrette), or Salade Nicoise (confit fresh tuna, beans, eggs, tomatoes, baby potatoes, bell peppers, vinaigrette dressing).

Dessert is a traditional chocolate and coffee Yule Log.

Turkey To-Go Sets

¥1,888 — A whole roasted turkey (8kg), sides, one salad, dessert, one bottle of Laurent-Perrier Brut French Champagne.

¥3,288 — A whole roasted turkey (8kg), sides, one salad, dessert, one Tomahawk steak (1.2kg) with garlic gravy, and one bottle of Laurent-Perrier Brut French Champagne. 

Available from November 11 - December 31. Bookings must be at least 48 hours in advance. Pick up at Victor’s Cafe or via delivery; delivery fees apply. All prices are net.
