100 Century Avenue Steakhouse at Park Hyatt Pudong has a 7-course set for two to share. Dishes include an oyster amuse bouche, starters, parsnip soup, scallop, wagyu tenderloin, and dessert. The menu includes caviar with blinis, their signature borsch, a selection of bites, and mains of µ7 Chilean wagyu tenderloin or Arctic tooth fish with clam bouillabaisse, followed by a baked alaska for dessert. Add on a seafood tower for ¥1,888, which includes a bottle of Charles Heidsieck Brut Reserve champagne.
