Which one is the most important factor to help you work productively?
1) Having an environment which is free of noise and distractions
2) Knowing that you will receive a reward
3) Doing something you are interested in
题目解读：对于工作的高产高效，三者中那种因素最重要：环境，奖励，兴趣
大家先自己思考一下哈...
首先，该题为三选一题目，这也是我们一直强调的题型。对于该题，处理方式和展开架构，基本和二选一题目相似；只是要注意的是，在展开文章过程中，尽量对没有选择的两方，进行一定程度的反踩、从而突出自己选择的内容是三者中最佳选项。
针对该“注意点”，我们在之前的相关专题讲座和考前预测分析中进行过相关讲解，比如2018年1月28日考试中：
The government wants to make investment to improve education. Which one of the following investments do you think is the best?
1)To hire more teachers to teach in small class
2) Preschool education before kindergarten
3) To provide some training courses so that teachers can be more professional
政府希望投资提升教育，下面哪种投资最好：
1） 招聘更多的老师，进行小班教学
2） 学前教育
提供培训，让老师更专业
该题中的信息量相对不大，所以理解起来应该不是很难，题目的主干信息即为---which aspect is the best for the government to invest to improve education? 建议选择第三点“To hire more teachers to teach in small class”，理由如下：
On the one hand, hiring more teachers guarantees each student more individualized attention from the teacher and with fewer students in a class, each student will interact more with the teacher, eventually inspiring students’ enthusiasm or interest in study.
针对该理由可以反踩第二点：学前教育很大程度上只是基础能力的培养，在学术方面，很难得以体现；但是教育的提升，与学术提升关系更加紧密，所以帮助不大。
On the other hand, a smaller class size brought by abundant teachers will provide teachers the ability to really understand their students’ strengths and weaknesses, which can help them to individualize their lesson plans, and the problems from students can be resolved more effectively.
针对该理由可以反踩第三点：教学再专业的老师，在面对众多学生的时候，也无力去详细的了解每个学生。对于教育的提升，需要耗费更多的时间和资源投入。
结合以上针对“三选一”题目的分析，我们再来看3.10日的考题。
在文章展开中，提高文章整体的说服性，思路要清晰；并且，还要注意的是---what can contribute to “productivity”, 比如耗时很短，比如结果丰富等等，所以，针对该题，建议选择：Having an environment which is free of noise and distractions，理由如下：
1) on the one hand, environment free of noise and distractions can help us better concentrated, which will greatly reduce the possibilities to waste time（建议针对Doing something you are interested in进行反踩）
2) on the other hand, we are bound to be more creative if the working environment is quite enough, helping us to yield more achievements（建议针对Knowing that you will receive a reward进行反踩）

题目解读：
人们应该自己或者求助家人去解决问题VS人们应该求助政府帮助去解决问题
针对该题，各位要注意的关键词为：problems；该词为复数名词，在之前的相关讲座中，我们针对审题中遇到核心词为复数的时候该如何处理进行过专题讲解
我们可以将problems进行拆分、具体分析，建议选择“求助政府的帮助解决一些重要的问题”，比如：教育问题，环境问题，交通问题，就业问题等等（这些问题相对比较“宏观”），理由如下：
1. on the one hand, with respect to the environment pollution issue, the government can better resolve because we ordinary people have so limited power that we are not able to offer effective solutions.
2. on the other, when it comes to the issue of employment, only when the government devotes efforts like financial support to some certain fields will more job opportunities be created.
