1） Plant trees and create parks
2）Persuade local shops to stop providing plastic bags to customers
3）Increase access to public transportation (for example, buses or trains) to reduce the number of automobiles on local roads

人们在保护当地社区环境过程中，以下三个举措那个是最重要并且最有用的？
1） 植树和建公园
2） 让当地商店不给顾客提供塑料袋
3） 增加公共交通（比如公交车，火车），减少私家车的数量
大家先自己思考一下哈...
这道题目是常规的环境保护题目。虽然是三选一话题，但是同学们可以比较三个选项分出孰优孰劣，用对比论证的方法来写，由于给出的话题很常规，给出的三个点也比较详细，可选的余地非常大，所以比较好写。
结合该题，我们另外补充分析两个点：

环境保护类话题
环境保护类话题在每年的考试中，虽然出现次数不会太多，但是时不时的都会出现那么几次，可以参考以下几个可能在今年出现的关于环境保护的题目：
1. If people want to contribute to the society, which of the following is the best way？（此题要注意，三选一）
1） riding bicycle or walking on foot
2） recycling the waste
3） buy local organic food
2. Many companies sell products or services but at the same time cause environmental damage. Someone say that it can be stopped by asking them to pay penalty, such as a high tax when they cause the environmental damage. Others say that there are better ways to stop them from harming environment. What do you think is the best way to prevent the environment from deteriorating? （此题要注意，题干较长，审题要注意）
3. Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? The most important thing the government should do to improve health care is to clean the environment. （此题注意，存在绝对词）
4. Do you agree or disagree with the following statement? People now can better protect the environment than they could in the past（此题要注意，是古今对比类题目）
三选一话题

三选一话题，在2017年开始，已经成为相对比较热门的题型，从2018年年初到现在为止，三选一题目已经出现了很多次，比如2018年1月27日，2018年1月28日，2018年3月10日，所以本次3.31的三选一题目是18年以来的第四次出现，按照这个出题频率来看，三选一话题在今年仍然是比较热门的出题形式，所以大家对于三选一题目的分析写作技巧还是要注意，那么我们先回顾一下之前强调过的三选一题目的分析写作技巧。
三选一题目，也是我们一直强调的题型，对于该题，处理方式和展开架构，基本和二选一题目相似，只是要注意的是，在展开文章过程中，尽量对没有选择的两方，进行一定程度的反踩，从而可以突出自己选择的内容是三者中最佳选项。针对该“注意点”，我们可以参考“2018年1月28日考试”分析，如下：
The government wants to make investment to improve education. Which one of the following investments do you think is the best?
1) To hire more teachers to teach in small class
2) Preschool education before kindergarten
3) To provide some training courses so that teachers can be more professional
中文解读：
政府希望投资提升教育，下面哪种投资最好：
1） 招聘更多的老师，进行小班教学
2） 学前教育
3) 提供培训，让老师更专业
该题中的信息量相对不大，所以理解起来应该不是很难，题目的主干信息即为---which aspect is the best for the government to invest to improve education? 建议选择第三点“To hire more teachers to teach in small class”，理由如下：
On the one hand, hiring more teachers guarantees each student more individualized attention from the teacher and with fewer students in a class, each student will interact more with the teacher, eventually inspiring students’ enthusiasm or interest in study.
针对该理由可以反踩第二点：学前教育很大程度上只是基础能力的培养，在学术方面，很难得以体现，但是教育的提升，与学术提升关系更加紧密，所以帮助不大。
On the other, a smaller class size brought by abundant teachers will provide teachers the ability to really understand their students’ strengths and weaknesses, which can help them to individualize their lesson plans, and the problems from students can be resolved more effectively.
针对该理由可以反踩第三点：教学再专业的老师，在面对众多学生的时候，也无力去详细的了解每个学生，对于教育的提升，需要耗费更多的时间和资源投入。

On the one hand, planting trees or creating parks can help to improve the air quality in neighborhood, which undoubtedly is of great significance to the environment（针对提高环境质量相对更加快速见效，劝服人们减少使用塑料袋如果能够有效快速保护环境，早就可以见到效果了）
On the other, planting trees or creating parks can also help to contribute to the balance of the local ecosystem because a place with various plants is a good habitat for other biological creatures（针对减少私家车并且增加公共交通，植树和建造公园来对于政府的财政压力相对较小并且更加可持续）
