• 摘要: Bellman function method is a powerful technique which is used for proving a wide class of estimates in the classical probability theory and the classical harmonic analysis. The purpose of the course is to describe the basic ideas behind the method and present an analysis of several examples.

主讲教授简介: Adam Osekowski，波兰华沙大学副教授，博士生导师。Osekowski教授是概率论和泛函分析领域的知名专家，主要研究经典和非交换框架下的概率不等式以及各种奇异积分算子不等式。特别地，Osekowski教授是Bellman函数方法的顶尖专家，尤其擅长构造不同Bellman函数得到各种不等式的最佳常数。现已累计发表SCI论文150多篇，其主要研究成果发表于Duke Math. J.、Adv. Math.、Ann. Probab.、Probab. Theory Related Fields、Trans. Amer. Math. Soc.、Amer. J. Math.、J. Funct. Anal.等数学类高水平期刊。
