2022年ULI亚太区卓越奖获奖项目将在明日揭晓。作为房地产业内最负盛名的奖项之一，获奖项目获得了评审团成员的认可并代表了开发项目中的最高标准。
谁将从24个进入决赛的杰出项目中脱颖而出？请拭目以待！
由Cistri总监Peter Holland担任主席的评审团由房地产和土地使用专业领域的专家及领袖组成，包括金融、规划、开发、设计和专业服务等领域。他们采用城市土地学会道德规范中的最高标准参与奖项评选工作。衷心感谢 ULI 亚太区卓越奖评审团成员们的辛勤工作。
在规划、施工、经济可行性、社区影响力及设计方面拥有卓越表现的获奖项目将在2022年6月21日举行的ULI亚太区卓越奖线上颁奖典礼上公布。

Jury Announces ULI Asia Pacific Awards for Excellence Winners
Tomorrow, the winners of the 2022 ULI Asia Pacific Awards for Excellence will be announced. Outstanding real estate projects which represent the highest standards of achievement in the development sector will be recognised by the esteemed jury panel for one of the industry’s most prestigious awards.
Who will be the winners of these 24 outstanding finalists?
Chaired by Peter Holland, Director of Cistri, the jury is made up of leading ULI members who represent multidisciplinary real estate expertise, including finance, planning, development, design, and other professional services. They apply the highest standards of evaluation and professional practice as reflected in the code of ethics of the Urban Land Institute. Thank you to the ULI Asia Pacific Awards for Excellence Jury.
Winners that have best demonstrated excellence in the full development process of the project: planning, construction, economic viability, and community impact, as well as design, will be announced at the upcoming ULI Asia Pacific Awards for Excellence Virtual Ceremony, taking place on 21 June 2022.
