开场主旨演讲：香港未来展望
与香港特别行政区行政会议非官守议员召集人陈智思（Bernard Charnwut Chan）先生一道开启本次峰会，他将在峰会开幕式上阐述自己的观点，谈谈香港如何成为未来全球的领先城市。
