昌平363安垦里弄
由ULI中国大陆女性领导力倡议支持
该项目斩获了今年的ULI亚太区卓越奖。其特点是基于由公共巷道和屋顶交织在一起的一片老旧仓库和工厂建筑,其中最古老的建筑年代可追溯至1936年。该项目成为了保护历史建筑及其特色的一个可复制的样本。

新加坡ENABLING VILLAGE
由ULI新加坡女性领导力倡议支持
新协立综合社区服务中心是一个ULI亚太区卓越奖获奖项目。该项目基于一所建于20世纪70年代的职业学院,对其进行了改造性再利用,变身为一个无障碍的包容性空间。它以通用设计为特色,促进了社会和科技创新,并为残障人士提供培训和就业配对等服务。

太古广场由10座办公大楼和顶级技术设施组成,吸引了300多家国际公司入驻。参访过程中,将着重介绍耗资150亿港元的太古广场重建项目,其中即将落成的太古坊二期是按照最高可持续发展标准建造的AAA级物业。

A ULI Asia Pacific Awards for Excellence winner this year, the project features a group of formerly dilapidated warehouses and factory buildings dating from 1936 and linked by a network of public lanes and rooftops. This project is a replicable example of how historic architecture and character of such buildings can be preserved.
