针对年龄段/Age：
4-6岁
4 to 6 years old

参赛须知/Race Instructions：
面对障碍，不借助任何工具翻越障碍物。精英组不允许得到帮助。
Climb up and over the wall without touching the support structure. Elite racers are not allowed to get help from others.
失败判罚/Failure Modes:
无法翻越障碍，绕行通过障碍。
Anyone unable to climb over the wall or skip the wall.
失败惩罚/Failure Penalty：
10个波比跳

正义之称 Balance Beam
针对年龄段/Age：
4-6岁
4 to 6 years old
7-9岁

参赛须知/Race Instructions：
不借助任何道具从独木桥上通过，不可以中途落地；
pass through a Balance Beam without touching the support structure.
失败判罚/Failure Modes:
中途触地；
Touch the ground halfway.
失败惩罚/Failure Penalty：

跨越屋顶 A-Wall
针对年龄段/Age：
4-6岁

参赛须知/Race Instructions：
不借助任何道具翻越高度1.2m木质墙体，女孩子可以使用底座辅助；Climb up and over the wall(1.2m) without touching the support structure. Girls can use braces or flag poles.
失败判罚/Failure Modes:
无法翻越障碍；
Unable to over the wall.
失败惩罚/Failure Penalty：

俄耳浦斯之禁 Bard Wire Twine Crawl
针对年龄段/Age：
4-6岁

参赛须知/Race Instructions：
小勇士在长度10m-20m的绳网下匍匐通过（允许翻滚）。
Crawl under the barbed wire. (Rolling IS allowed).
失败判罚/Failure Modes:
无法或没有穿越障碍；
Unable or unwilling to crawl the net.
失败惩罚/Failure Penalty：
无法通过此障碍将被取消参赛资格。
There is no option to do burpees instead of this obstacle.

参赛须知/Race Instructions：
此障碍由三部分组成，小勇士翻过第一面墙，钻过第二面墙，从第三座墙中间穿过；
Navigate OVER the first wall,UNDER the second wall, and THROUGH the last set of walls.
失败判罚/Failure Modes:
无法完成障碍；
Unable to navigate the walls.
失败惩罚/Failure Penalty：

参赛须知/Race Instructions：
小勇士需要从网下爬行通过障碍，绳网长12米，宽6米。
Crawl through under the net. The net is 12 meters long, 6 meters wide.

无法通过障碍；

翻越屋脊 A-frame Cargo
针对年龄段/Age：

参赛须知/Race Instructions：
小勇士需要面向网状障碍物，从障碍物的起始端翻越到另一端，障碍高度3米；the kid needs to face to the net and across the obstacle. The height of this obstacle is 3 meters.
失败判罚/Failure Modes:
不能或无法翻过障碍；
Unable or unwilling to get up and over the cargo net.
失败惩罚/Failure Penalty：

参赛须知/Race Instructions：
在障碍范围内通过障碍。不准潜水。
Navigate and stay within the widths of the obstacle.No Diving!
失败判罚/Failure Modes:
不在障碍范围内，环绕通过。无法或不敢完成障碍。
Not staying within the widths of the obstacle, “skirting” the
obstacle. Open Heat: Unwilling or unable to complete the obstacle.

胜利之矛 Spear Throw

参赛须知/Race Instructions：
一次投掷长矛的机会，必须插入人偶上（木制人偶或草人偶）。长矛不能碰到地面。
One attempt to throw the spear and have it stick into the spearman (wood or hay).The spear can not be touching the ground.

长矛未扎中靶子。
Spear does not stick into the spearman.

穿越密道 Tunnels

攀爬并翻过障碍物，不允许使用支撑物。
Climb up and over the wall. Using any bracing or flag post is not allowed.
失败判罚/Failure Modes:

Anyone unable to climb over the wall.
使用支撑物。
Anyone using the side braces or the flag pole.
精英组选手互相帮助。
Elite group racers that help each other.

参赛须知/Race Instructions：
借助障碍上的木块，通过障碍，并敲响铃铛。不借助障碍外的任何物体。精英组只有一次机会。
Racer must keep feet on lower blocks with hands grasping blocks above and go pass the obstacle. Elite racers have only one try.
失败判罚/Failure Modes:
无法通过障碍，中途落地。
Unable to pass the obstacle or drop on the half way.
失败惩罚/Failure Penalty：

阿特拉斯之石 Atlas Carry
针对年龄段/Age：
7-9岁
7 to 9 years old
10-14岁
10 to 14 years old
参赛须知/Race Instructions：
搬动石头至障碍另一端，做2个波比跳，然后把石头搬回障碍起点。
Picked up stone and carried it to the other side, set down, 2 burpees, then picked up the stone and carried it back.
失败判罚/Failure Modes:
无法搬运石头。
Anyone not able to move the “stones” to opposite flag and back to start flag.
失败惩罚/Failure Penalty：
10个波比跳

神庙基石 Bucket Carry
针对年龄段/Age：
7-9岁

参赛须知/Race Instructions：
在桶内装入定量的碎石或水，在规定的路线上搬桶。中途不允许丢弃桶内物体，并将桶放回障碍起点。
Fill the bucket with gravel or water and carry the bucket along the prescribed route.t is mandatory to complete the entire route.
失败判罚/Failure Modes:
没有将桶放置到障碍起点，中途丢弃碎石或水。
Not returning the bucket full to the specified line.
失败惩罚/Failure Penalty：
取消成绩

月桂女神的挑战 Wall Connected To The Trees
针对年龄段/Age：

参赛须知/Race Instructions：
面对障碍，不借助其他物体，翻越障碍物。精英组不允许得到帮助。

参赛须知/Race Instructions：
参赛选手必须将轮胎翻动至指定位置，然后将轮胎搬运回障碍起点。精英组不允许得到帮助。
Racer must complete 2 forward flips and 2 flips back. Elite racers are not allowed to get help from others.
失败判罚/Failure Modes:
无法翻动轮胎，无法将轮胎搬回障碍起点。
Unable to flip the tires and move the tires back to the starting point.

参赛须知/Race Instructions：
在指定的线路上搬运障碍物，前进10米，然后将搬运障碍物返回起点.
Carried kettle bell on designated path about 10 meters and returning to where picked up.
失败判罚/Failure Modes:
无法搬运障碍，没有将障碍放置至障碍起点。
Unable to complete the route with the kettle bell.

参赛须知/Race Instructions：
小勇士需要借助绳子，爬向顶端，然后敲响铃铛。绳子高度为3.6m。
Climb the rope andring the bell with your hand. The height of the rope is 3.6m.
失败判罚/Failure Modes:
不能使用工具通过障碍；
No mechanical devices are allowed to aid with climbing the rope.
