斯巴达勇士赛中国区赛事通知

ANNOUNCEMENT OF SPARTAN CHINA EVENTS

亲爱的勇士们：

Dear Spartans,

为配合政府全力做好新型冠状病毒疫情的防控工作，保障人民群众生命安全和身体健康, 斯巴达勇士赛中国赛区组委会决定，原定于三月举行的广州站（3月7日）和深圳站（3月28日）赛事将延期举行。针对赛事延期给您带来的不便，我们深表歉意！组委会将根据疫情防控工作进展及政府相关部门指导意见，及时告知勇士们以上两站赛事的改期时间。

To support the anti-epidemic work and to prevent the Coronavirus, the Spartan China organizing committee regrets to postpone the Guangzhou event on March 7^th and Shenzhen event on March 28^th. We sincerely apologize for any inconveniences caused to you. The committee will pay close attention to the situation development and announce the new event date once confirmed.

已报名以上两站赛事的勇士，您的参赛信息将在赛事延期时间确认后，直接调整为更新的赛事，您无需进行任何操作。如您不便延期，可于即日起至-2020年2月20日申请退款。退款方式为：点击文末「阅读原文」填写退款登记信息,我们将在收到您的退款申请后10个工作日内完成退款，退款注意事项：

If you have already registered for these two events, your event will be automatically adjusted to the rescheduled event. If you wish to refund, please inform us before February 20th, 2020, by clicking the botton 「阅读原文」to fill out the refound application. We will issue the refund within 10 working days after we receive your application. Please note that: 

1.     您的参赛费用（直接缴费/使用延期码报名）将退还至您的原支付账户（例如：微信支付将退还至微信，支付宝支付将退还至支付宝，Paypal支付将退还至信用卡）；

Your registration fee (Payment/Deferral code) will be refunded to your payment account. ( Wechat payment will be refunded to your Wechat account; Alipay payment will be refunded to your Alipay account; Paypal payment will be refunded to credit card.)

2.     如您的费用交由队长统一支付，则费用将退还至队长的支付账户；

If your registration fee is paid through your team captain, it will be refunded to your captain's payment account.

3.     如您在报名赛事时购买特许产品，对于已发货的特许产品，则特许部分费用不予退费；对于未发货的订单，我们将直接进行退费。特许发货信息请通过如下渠道查询：斯巴达官方微信公众号（SpartanRaceChina）→【赛事信息】功能键 →【赛事报名】按钮 → 登录报名系统，登录报名系统，查看报名系统中个人中心的订单信息；

If you purchased merchandize together with registration, there will be no refund if your order has been delivered. We will refund the orders that have not been delivered. Please check the delivery status through the following channel: Wechat account SpartanRaceChina→”赛事信息“（Event Information）→”赛事报名“（Event Registration）→Log in to your account →Check your order delivery at “个人中心”（Personal Center）.

4.   对于通过志愿者或裁判福利优惠码、问卷优惠码、美国运通优惠码报名的选手，在您登记退费申请后10个工作日内，您原有的优惠码将增加一次使用机会，可用于2020年内全部中国大陆已开放赛事的报名；

If you signed up with volunteer/referee gift code、questionnaire code or Amex card code , the code will reactivated 10 working days after we received your refund application.You can use it to sign up for any 2020 Spartan China races.

5.     对于使用三色套票报名的勇士，在您登记退费申请后10个工作日内，您的三色套票码将增加一次使用机会，可用于2020年内全部中国大陆已开放赛事的报名。

For the racers who sign up through the Trifecta pass, your Trifecta pass code will be reactivated 10 working days after we received your refund application. You can use it to sign up for the any 2020 Spartan China races.

感谢您对斯巴达勇士赛的热爱、支持与理解！我们将密切关注疫情进展，原定于3月后举办的其他赛事如有变更，我们也将在第一时间告知所有报名参赛的勇士。如有其他疑问，您可发送邮件至斯巴达官方邮箱 [e-mail]，我们将尽快回复为您解答。

Thank you for all your love, support and understanding. We will keep following up the situation of the epidemic. 2020年，斯巴达勇士赛还将有更多级别赛事到来，敬请期待。同时，疫情防控期间，斯巴达勇士赛将通过《中国体育》zhibo.tv斯巴达频道、斯巴达勇士赛官方抖音账号等平台和渠道为勇士提供丰富的线上互动训练产品，您可关注斯巴达勇士赛官方微信SpartanRaceChina及官方微博@SpartanRace了解更多信息。

In 2020, we will stage more races so please keep following the event news. We will also launch rich content of online training and virtual race through Spartan Channel on APP Zhibo.tv and Spartan Tiktok account. You may follow us on Wechat through(SpartanRaceChina) and Weibo account @SpartanRace to receive more information.

2020年是充满挑战和考验的一年，“尽释潜能，破茧而生”是每一位斯巴达勇士的信念，我们相信，只要我们众志成城，坚定信念，并肩战斗，就能携手跨越障碍，战胜疫情！为武汉加油！为中国加油！Aroo!!!

2020 maybe a challenging year. As a Spartan, we live a life of Push Harder. We are confident, as long as we keep our faith and Push Harder, we get through all the obstacles and overcome the epidemic situation. Go Wuhan! Go China! Aroo!!!
