福州 融侨·星誉 | 让生活值得赞誉
项目位于福州市的南二环片区，它主要面向年轻群体的访问者。环境设计的目标是形成一处具有独特性都市生活社交剧场。展示区紧邻则徐大道，道路一侧是一片与人行道平行展开的榕树林。这片榕树林的存在形成了一道独特的城市风景线，销售中心恰恰位于这片树林内部。
如果保留这片茂密的榕树林，销售中心将彻底被路人遗忘，并且失去它应有的价值。如果将视线所及的界面完全打开，人们将彻底失去这片绿色的风景线。选择部分移除它们进而打开对外陈列空间的破折号亦或是将他们完整的保留成为摆在面前的一道难题。
是的，如果可以的话，那就什么都不用做。
我们当然希望把故事完整保留，并且另辟蹊径来解决目前遇见的棘手问题。接下来的工作首先是对现场七颗榕树的形态与间距进行反复研究与梳理，从中筛选一条最佳的林下通道沟通内部空间。第二步用“城市街景”的思路对于入口处的A点(见平面布置图）进行氛围营造，让他成为一道与榕树林相得益彰的城市风景线。
Of course, we prefer to do nothing if that is feasible.
We would like to keep the story and find another way to tackle the challenge at hand. The first step is to examine and analyze the forms of the banyan trees and distances between them, in order to filter the best under-canopy passages connecting the internal spaces. The second step is to create an "urban street view” atmosphere at point A near the entrance(see the floor plan), making it an urban landscape that complements the banyan forest.

这些现存榕树林作为城市公共空间的一部分理应被保留下来，在这个基础上我们希望将其进一步延伸，并且保持空间的“畅快感”。由A点到B点是一段开放区域，这里是一个比较巧妙的视觉处理方法，这样做可以非常好的令销售中心的外立面呈现在路人面前，带有雾森的环形装置艺术品激发了访问者向内一探究竟的好奇心。
第三步是适可而止的地形与绿植造景将这片有故事的榕树林与建筑之间的关系变的变得更加惟妙惟肖，进而留下一片忙碌之外的精神栖息地。
The existing banyantrees should be preserved as part of the urban public space. On this basis, we hope to extend them further and maintain the "pleasantness" of the space. An open area is created between point A and B. With an interesting visual feature design, it can showcase the facade of the clubhouse to the pedestrians. The ring-shaped installation with sprayer can arouse the curiosity of the visitors and encourage them to look inside.
The third step is to further vivify the connection between this forest and the architecture with moderate topography and greenery landscaping, creating a meditation space forthose long for a place to rest after a busy day of work.

The mirrored stainless steel ornaments blend in with
the environment, becoming sprites in the forest.
树叶的形式被抽象出来，并投射到墙面上，
暖色的灯光代表人们对于这片森林的期待。
With abstract patterns of the leaves projected on the wall,
the warm lights represent people's expectations for this forest.
The transition from the garden to the interior is where we aiming to maintain sense of continuity, while giving visitors a sense of delayed surprise, hence spicing up experience with a little twist and turn. In the reception center facing the garden there is a huge window, which breaks the space barrier between the curtain walls. Ornamental plant belts are arranged in and outside the glass wall to create a “no gap” vision, so that the distance between point C and D are shortened visually. Surrounded by woods and ane nclosed garden, this is your urban safe island.
