万科新都会将成为中高档特色主题商业办公体。这是一个休憩、娱乐、运动的场所，这里有休闲工作空间、社交生活场景、运动娱乐主题......景观设计将从年轻化，家庭化，活力化着手，打造一块丰富精彩的极致商业办公空间。
The designer said that Vanke Xindu will become a medium and high-end characteristic theme commercial body. This is a place for rest, entertainment and sports. 02 区位分析
District Analysis
项目坐落于徐州铜山区，紧邻地铁三号线师范学院站，项目规划的超过150m的标志性办公塔楼，是该地区唯一的地标性办公项目。预计将导入超过超3000人的办公人口。作为城市区位中独特的城市办公项目，将永久提供人群使用，我们思考如何打造出独特的的商业办公空间。
The project is located in Tongshan District, Xuzhou, close to the Normal University Station of Metro Line 3. The planned landmark office tower of more than 150m is the only landmark office project in the region. It is expected to import more than 3000 office population. As a unique urban office project in the urban location, it will be permanently used by people. We think about how to create an extremely rich and wonderful commercial office space.

03 设计思考
Design Thinking
作为万达广场前面的商业应该是什么样的？承载着社区人群所有生活期许的商业应该是什么样的？前期作为售楼处，后期将作为永续性的社区式商业应该是什么样的？这是我们对场地的思考，也是我们面临的最重要的挑战点。
What should the business in front of the Wanda Square be like?What is the business that bears the promise of all the life of the community?As a sales center in the earlier period and the commercial community in the later period what should it be like?This is our thinking about the field and the most important challenge we are facing.
本次设计希望在城市空间中打造特定的驻留、展示、活动空间，使场地未来具有活力健康的景观体验，高品质的绿色办公，独有的景观爆点。
This design hopes to create a specific residence, display and activity space in the urban space, so that the site will have a dynamic and healthy landscape experience, high-quality green office and unique landscape explosion point in the future.
场地改造前身是徐州的电缆厂，作为场地的历史印记，景观空间的设计灵感延续场地历史中的“电缆”的设计思路，并加以深层次解读：即电缆可以转化为各种形态，它甚至是包容改变时代的一种力，这也是场地景观设计“光缆汇聚”的概念发想。
设计的关键词则定为：运动，品质，时尚
The predecessor of the site reconstruction is the cable factory in Xuzhou. As the historical mark of the site, the design inspiration of the landscape space continues the design concept of the “cable” in the site history and explains it in depth: the cable can be transformed into various forms. It is even Including a force that changes the era, this is also a conception of the "optical cable convergence" in the site landscape design.

Design Content
设计整体分为六大部分，分别为光缆广场，流水雕塑，办公入口，时光广场，屋顶时尚运动花园，旗舰广场。
The key words of design are: sports, quality, fashion. The overall design is divided into five parts: optical cable square, characteristic waterscape sculpture in the office area, office entrance, multi-functional activity square and roof fashion sports garden.
光缆广场
光缆广场，通过对乔木进行编排形成树阵广场，搭配线性雕塑和特色花境更提升办公入口的品质。
The optical cable square forms a tree array square through the arrangement of trees, which is combined with linear sculpture and characteristic flower border to improve the quality of the office entrance.

IP雕塑方案过程
流水雕塑
通过对微地形进行重构从而形成场地立面形象的雕塑。
Through the reconstruction of micro terrain, the sculpture with rich facade is formed.

旗舰广场
整洁的建筑玻璃立面搭配景观弧线上星星灯的点缀和流水雕塑提高场地整体气质。
The neat building glass facade is combined with the ornament of star lights on the landscape arc and water sculpture to improve the overall temperament of the site.

多功能活动广场
时光广场是最接近落客区之出入口，周边附近放置儿童游乐器械，铺装采用光缆跳跃等，塑造馀音绕梁氛围。
The commercial entrance and exit is closest to the entrance and exit of the drop off area. Children's amusement equipment is placed near the periphery. The pavement adopts the whirling effect to create a lingering sound and surround the beam atmosphere.

旗舰广场
旗舰广场包括了入口引导广场景观、售楼处景观、户外洽谈休憩景观、形象展示景观、儿童活动景观.为使用者提供休憩交流，阅读静思，聚落资讯交流点。
We have put together an open commercial space, an open landscape space, and an open municipal space. We want to create an open and active urban community space and a new green leisure community.

屋顶时尚运动花园
屋顶时尚运动空间——是一个集运动、健身、社交、娱乐、购物于一体的综合性潮流运动空间，包括运动健身、艺术观赏、共享休憩空间、儿童游乐等等.
