问:出入场地,面对现状环境,作为设计师,您的初衷是什么呢?
设计师:疫情下的当代社会,每个人在紧张的洪流下都自动的,或被动的变得着急、焦虑。作为一块在城市边缘的项目,我们更希望能够为未来住户找回生活的感觉。
Q:After entering the site, facing the site, as a designer, what is your original intention?
A:In the modern society under the epidemic situation, everyone automatically or passively becomes anxious and anxious under the flood of tension. As a building near the subway entrance, we hope to let users find the feeling of life.

问:焦虑的节奏不也是生活的一部分吗?
设计师:但是谁会因为生活中辛苦的那部分而欣喜呢。每个人都或多或少的对生活上有些理想主义的期许,而我们做的就是帮用户实现其中的一小部分。而这一部分,也正是设计师都所期待的价值。
Q:Isn't the pace of anxiety a part of life?
A:But who's happy about the hard part of life? Everyone has more or less idealistic expectations of life, and what we do is to help users achieve a small part of them. And this part is exactly the value designers are looking forward to.

问:进入场地后感觉空间层次很丰富,项目最初状态就是这样的吗?
设计师:原始场地相对直铺平坦,有幸我们介入项目比较早,项目之初,我们同甲方、建筑、室内各专业同事进行沟通、风暴,在实际指标要求、造价等多因素前提下,将空间最大化,同时以小见大增加体验感。
Q: After entering the site, I feel the spatial hierarchy is very rich. Is the original terrain like this?
A: At the beginning of the project, we communicated with party A, colleagues from architecture and interior departments to improve the quality of the project. Under the premise of actual indicators, cost and other factors, we maximized the space and increased the sense of experience with a small view.
△三进的位置是视觉层次最丰富的地方,上揽云月,下游星河,整个由下而上的场地,放缓用户的脚步,让整个节奏慢下来。
The third position is the most abundant visual level of the place, on the cloud moon, downstream stars, the whole from the bottom to the top of the site, slow down the user's footsteps, let the whole rhythm slow down.

问:在设计过程中是希望怎样将用户的情绪带入场景呢?
设计师:用最快的方法——声音。人都是希望从城市喧闹里走出来的,我们用瀑布的水声掩盖住外部的嘈杂,用最直接的方法将用的感受带进自然场景里,打造外部繁华尽染,内部静谧独享。
Q: How do you want to bring the user's emotions into the scene during the design process?
A: Use the fastest way -- sound. People all hope to come out of the noisy city, we use the waterfall sound to cover up the external noise, with the most direct way to bring the feeling of use into the natural scene.Create the external bustling dyed, internal quiet exclusive.
△对三进位置的空间来说,登山的道路至关重要,不仅是通行,同时也承载着将用户带入氛围的作用,有了上下的层次感,有了瀑布飞流的空间感,生动的自然感也就出来了。缓坡的作用很大程度上放缓了用户的步行速度,慢下来的感觉也就有了。
For the space of the three-way position, the road of mountaineering is very important. It is not only the passage, but also carries the role of bringing users into the atmosphere. 问:二进会客空间里光的感觉好像挺不错的,您当时是怎么考虑的?
设计师:融合、朦胧、停顿,作为用户刚刚从门楼进入的过渡空间,我们希望它能承担更多的缓冲作用。光线的最终表达只是场地与造物主的交流结果而已。
问:停顿?
设计师:从前场的礼序,到二进空间的过渡,我们希望空间不要界定哪里是室内、哪里是室外,风雨无阻归家的同时,能有短暂的停留空间,为访客等留有空间,把酒店礼序带回家。
Q: The feeling of light in the reception space seems quite good. how did you consider it at that time?
A: Fusion, obscurity, pause, as the space that the user just enters from the gatehouse, we hope it can assume more buffer function. The final expression of the light is just the result of the communication between the site and the creator.
Q: Buffering?
A: From the ceremony sequence of the front field to the transition of the two-way space, we hope that the space does not define where is indoor and where is outdoor, come rain or shine home at the same time, can have a short stay space, leave space for visitors, etc., to bring the hotel ceremony sequence home.

问:整个后场有划分什么特殊的功能性空间满足社区需求吗?
设计师:融合多样,内部庭院空间并未设置相应功能点,如何以小见大是我们比较关注的,一墙之隔形成内外空间,同时生成上下空间,通过这片墙我们才有了会客、儿童玩乐等空间。
问:为什么选择这样的方式呢?
设计师:我们总在说社区功能划分,可是划分功能区后,对用户的体验性会降低,我们把整个场地的在概念上的儿童区、会客区等功能区融合起来,不去强行定义一块空间应该做什么,而是用户走到哪里了想干什么,让用户自己去定义。在归家的途中,弹性空间能够给用户带来充满趣味性的游园的感觉。
Q: Are there any specific functional Spaces in the back that cater to community needs?
A: There is no corresponding function point in the internal courtyard space. What we are concerned about is how to see the bigger from the smaller. The inner and outer space is formed by the partition of one wall, and the upper and lower space is generated.
Q: Why did you choose that?
A: we always said community functional division, but after the division of function area, to the user experience will reduce a lot, we put the field on the concept of children's area, receive a visitor area into functional areas, such as to what to do to define a space, but the user go want to do, let the user to define the space function. On the way home, integrated space can bring users a sense of fun and sightseeing.

问:您希望现场能够带给用户什么样的生活场景?
设计师:自在的感觉
问:...没了吗?
设计师:“别走的太快,等一等灵魂”,这是一句印第安谚语,“卷”文化盛行的今日,我希望呈现给用户的场景,能够走慢一些,消除掉焦虑以后,能够在回归自然的过程中找到自己。传统园林很重要的作用之一就是以景观照见本我。
Q: What kind of life scenes do you want the site to bring to users?
A: The sense of ease

A: "Don't go too fast, wait for the soul", this is an Indian proverb, "roll" culture prevailing today, I hope to present the scene to the user, can walk slowly, after eliminating anxiety, can find themselves in the process of returning to nature. One of the most important functions of traditional gardens is to reflect the self with the scene.
