#世界土壤日 于每年 12 月 5 日举行,目的是将注意力集中在健康土壤的重要性上,并提高对维护健康生态系统和人类福祉重要性的认知。

#WorldSoilDay is held annually on December 5 as a means to focus attention on the importance of healthy soil and to raise awareness on the importance of maintaining healthy ecosystems and human well-being.

保护农业生物多样性

Preserve AgroBioDiversity


1 月 16 日至 18 日在罗马举行了第二届国际农业生物多样性大会#AgroBioCongress“释放农业的力量”,这是一个互动的、以行动为导向的虚拟活动,旨在通过生物多样性改变粮食系统,以恢复自然和改善健康。来自全球的厨师宣言的九位厨师受邀与三位专家科学家一起展示来自九个不同国家的三部 30 分钟的烹饪视频,主题包括地中海饮食、被遗忘的物种和本地食材。


薏雯很荣幸与来自南非的厨师Mokgadi Itsweng合作,他们使用野生植物“海瓜”制作了美味的烤馅饼,来自哥伦比亚的厨师Daniel Kaplan使用了多种形式的木薯,用本地食材制作了当地菜系中的亚马逊炖鱼,还与世界食品奖获得者Shakuntala Thilsted和SDG2宣传中心主任Paul Newnham一起激发多样性,让人们吃更广泛的口味、颜色和风味,以转变成有弹性的食品系统。

November 16-18 saw the second International Agrobiodiversity Congress #AgroBioCongress “Unlocking the Power of Agriculture” in Rome, an interactive and action-oriented virtual event aimed to work towards transforming food systems through biodiversity to restore nature and improve health. Nine chefs from the Chefs’ Manifesto global network were invited to demonstrate a series of three 30 minute cooking show videos from nine different countries together with three expert scientists on topics including the Mediterranean Diet, Forgotten Species and on Indigenous Ingredients



Yi-Wen was honored to join forces with chef Mokgadi Itsweng from S. Africa who made a savory baked pie using the wild plant 'sea pumpkin' and chef Daniel Kaplan from Colombia made a local Amazon fish stew, using many forms of cassava to action on the Indigenous Ingredients series, along with World Food Prize Laureate Shakuntala Thilsted and SDG2 Advocacy Hub’s Director Paul Newnham to inspire diversity, eat wider tastes, colors and flavors to transform to a resilient food system.

本土的食物通常产自富含多样性的农场和山水中,并代表着重要的文化遗产。薏雯选择了万能的意面南瓜——金丝瓜,这是一种低热量的土生南瓜,也是距离上海仅一个半小时路程的崇明岛当地的一种南瓜。一般在春后6月中旬采收,采收后需晒2个月,8月即可食用!这种南瓜富含膳食纤维、抗氧化剂、矿物质、维生素,是传统泰式炒面中常用的精制白面条的绝佳替代品,使用创新料理灵感来制作更健康、更具生物多样性的薏 • 植本泰式金丝瓜面

Indigenous foods are often produced in highly diverse farms and landscapes, and represent important cultural heritage. Yi-Wen chose the versatile spaghetti squash, a low-calorie indigenous squash local to Chongming Island, just 1.5 hours from Shanghai. It is usually harvested after Spring in mid-June but needs to sunbathe for 2 months after harvest, and is ready to eat in August!  This squash is rich in dietary fiber, antioxidants, minerals, vitamins and a great substitute to the usual white refined noodles used in traditional Pad Thai so used culinary creativity to create a healthier and more biodiverse version of a YI • Spaghetti Squash Pad Thai.

Yunnan Biodiversity Conference

我们从10月11日至15日在昆举行的第15届联合国生物多样性大会上了解到,我国领导人强调需要确定一种综合方法,并使用必要的工具来逆转生物多样性 损失及其对生态系统、物种和人类的影响。我们要深怀对自然的敬畏之心,尊重自然、顺应自然、保护自然,构建人与自然和谐共生的地球家园。


We learned from the 15th United Nations Conference on Biological Diversity held in Kunming from October 11 to 15, our national leaders emphasized the need to determine an integrated approach and adopt The necessary tools to reverse the loss of biodiversity and its impact on ecosystems, species and humans. We must deepen our respect for nature, coexist with nature, protect nature, and build a home on earth in which man and nature can live harmoniously.
