华南师范大学国际联合学院2022年面向海内外高薪诚聘教学科研人员

华南师范大学始建于1933年,是一所办学历史悠久、学科门类齐全、发展势头迅猛的国家“211工程”重点建设大学、广东省人民政府和教育部重点共建大学、广东省高水平重点建设大学、国家建设世界一流学科大学。学校现有广州石牌、广州大学城、佛山南海和汕尾4个校区。其中南海校区是学校与广东省教育厅、佛山市人民政府、南海区人民政府合作共建校区,校区以“新工科、交叉学科、国际化、研究型”为发展定位,致力于打造为本科人才培养特区、国际化办学示范区、体制机制改革试验区、产学研合作示范区。


国际联合学院于2018年11月正式成立,聚焦国家创新驱动发展战略和产业结构调整与转型升级,重点与英国阿伯丁大学、澳大利亚科廷大学、美国圣路易斯大学、美国旧金山州立大学、美国威廉·杰瑟普大学、法国尼斯大学、法国图尔大学等国外名校开展强强合作,主要依托各方优质教学资源及办学优势,重点发展经济管理类交叉学科专业和信息技术类新工科专业。国际联合学院积极拓展中外合作办学,深入开展本科、研究生层次联合培养。还将根据区域发展需求,组建创新发展研究院。

为加快国际化办学,国际联合学院现面向海内外公开招聘教学科研人员。


一、招聘对象


(一)青年拔尖人才

1.引进条件

自然科学学科申请者原则上年龄不超过40周岁,人文社会科学学科申请者原则上年龄不超过45周岁,已取得原创性科研成果并获同行专家认可,具备冲击国家人才的能力,能全英教学者。

2.引进待遇

(1)学校待遇。入编,聘任或优先聘任高级职务,提供有竞争力的年薪和房补,根据学科基础和实际研究确定科研启动经费。

(2)学院待遇。国际联合学院根据引进人才的学历层次、职称、授课课程另行补贴工资5万元/年;首聘期科研启动经费一人一议,按学校比例1:1配套。

(3)其他福利。子女可按规定申请入读华南师范大学附属幼儿园、小学和初中。



(二)青年英才

1.引进条件

原则上年龄不超过35周岁,业绩特别突出的艺术学、哲学和人文社会科学学科申请者,可放宽至38周岁。具有良好的学术背景和突出的发展潜力,已取得高质量创新性科研成果,能全英教学者。

2.引进待遇

(1)学校待遇。青年英才聘特聘研究员,聘期三年。

薪酬由基本工资、年度奖励绩效和业绩奖金三部分组成,其中,基本工资和年度奖励绩效总额为25万元/年。

(2)学院待遇。国际联合学院另补贴4万元/年;首聘期科研启动经费理工科不超过10万元,其他学科不超过5万元。

(3)其他福利。子女可按规定申请入读华南师范大学附属幼儿园、小学。在房源许可的前提下,可申请租住南海校区周转房(不再享受租房补贴)。



(三)青年英才(博士后)

1.引进条件

原则上不超过35周岁,具有良好的学术背景、学术基础和发展潜力,并已取得创新性科研成果。符合进站条件的青年英才(博士后)同时纳入博士后管理,能全英教学者。

2.引进待遇

(1)学校待遇。青年英才(博士后)聘特聘副研究员,聘期三年,同时纳入国家或广东省博士后管理。

薪酬由基本工资、年度奖励绩效和业绩奖金三部分组成,其中,基本工资和年度奖励绩效总额23万元/年。

(2)学院待遇。国际联合学院另补贴3万元/年;首期科研启动经费理工科不超过6万元,其他学科不超过2万元。

(3)其他福利。子女可按规定申请入读华南师范大学附属幼儿园、小学。在房源许可的前提下,青年英才(博士后)可申请租住博士后公寓(不再享受租房补贴)。



(四)博士后

1.引进条件

原则上年龄不超过35周岁,获得博士学历学位,具有一定的学术潜力和活力,能全英或双语教学者。

2.引进待遇

(1)学校待遇:博士后聘特聘副研究员,聘期两年,同时纳入国家或广东省博士后管理。薪酬由基本工资、年度奖励绩效和业绩奖金三部分组成,其中,基本工资和年度奖励绩效总额15万元/年。

(2)学院待遇:国际联合学院另补贴4万元/年;首聘期科研启动经费理工科不超过4万元,其他学科不超过1万元。

(3)其他福利:博士后子女可按有关规定申请入读除石牌校区以外的附属幼儿园和小学。



(五)预聘制教学科研人员

1.引进条件

符合学校基本招聘条件与学院招聘要求,获得博士学历学位。博士研究生不超过35周岁;留学取得海外博士学位的人员,或具有博士学位且有一年以上国(境)外科研工作经历的人员,或博士后出站人员,不超过40周岁;具有高级专业技术资格的人员不超过45周岁。优先考虑拥有海外学习或工作经历者,能全英教学者。

2.引进待遇

(1)学校待遇:预聘制教学科研人员参编确定岗位,实行合同管理。工资薪金标准参照学校现行事业编制人员的分配办法执行;依法参加养老、医疗、工伤、失业、生育等社会保险和缴存住房公积金,享受相应待遇。

(2)学院待遇:国际联合学院另补贴3万元/年;首聘期科研启动经费理工科不超过5万元,其他学科不超过2万元。

(3)其他福利:在聘期间,子女可按规定报读学校附属小学或幼儿园。



(六)特聘教师

1.引进条件

(1)学术英语特聘教师:获得硕士及以上研究生学历学位。英语系语言国家留学归国者优先。中国籍人员要求本科、研究生均为英语相关专业,如英语语言文学、英语教育、应用语言学、跨文化交际、翻译等。持有CELTA或者权威TEFL/TESOL证书者优先。外籍人员要求以英语为母语,且来自英国、美国、澳洲、加拿大、新西兰等国家;至少2年英语教学经验;教育学或语言学专业毕业者优先。

(2)其他特聘教师:符合学校基本招聘条件与学院招聘要求;获得硕士研究生以上学历学位;优先考虑拥有海外学习或工作经历者能全英教学者。

2.引进待遇

(1)学校待遇:特聘教师实施合同管理,不入事业编制;中国籍教师起点年薪12万元,外籍教师起点年薪16万。

(2)学院待遇:国际联合学院根据学历层次和职称进行另外补贴,其中无职称2万元/年,讲师职称3万元/年,副教授及以上职称4万元/年。

注:2019年广东省教育厅、佛山市人民政府、佛山市南海区人民政府与华南师范大学四方签署协议,共建华南师范大学南海校区。以上人才如被成功引进到华南师范大学国际联合学院工作,将可申请享受佛山市相关人才引进政策。可参考:

二、招聘专业

注:原则上每位教师每学期授课不少于8节/周,上课周数不少于16周/学期。

China Normal Universitywas founded in 1933, with a long history, complete range of disciplines and rapid development momentum. As a member of the “211 Project”, it enters the ranks of universities co-constructed by Guangdong Provincial Government and the Ministry of Education, Guangdong High-Level University Sponsoring Project and National Sponsoring Project for World-Class Disciplines Construction. SCNU now boasts four campuses, namely Shipai Campus, University Town Campus, Nanhai Campus and Shanwei Campus. Nanhai campus is jointly built by the university, the Guangdong Provincial Department of Education, the People's Government of Foshan City, and the People's Government of Nanhai District. With the development strategy of internationalization, new engineering, interdisciplinary and research-oriented, it aims to develop into a special zone for talent cultivation, a demonstration zone for international education, a pilot zone for mechanism reform, and a demonstration zone for industry-university-research cooperation.


The International United College (IUC) was officially established in November 2018, focusing on the national innovation-driven development strategy and industrial restructuring and transformation and upgrading, with a focus on the win-win cooperation with international famous universities including University of Aberdeen, Curtin University, St. Louis University, San Francisco State University, William Jessup University, University of Nice and University of Tours. The cooperation focuses on the development of new engineering in the field of information technology, interdisciplinary subjects in Economics and management field. International United College vigorously expanding Sino-foreign joint education, deepening cooperation in articulation programs for undergraduate and postgraduate students.


In order to speed up the internationalization, International United College is now openly recruiting teaching and research talents from home and abroad.



Talents we are looking for

I. Outstanding Young Research Talents

1. Requirements

In principle, the candidates' age should not exceed 40 years old if he/she has a doctoral degree of natural science and should not exceed 45 years old if he/she has a doctoral degree of humanity and social science. The candidates, with great potential for development, should have achieved original scientific research achievements and well-recognized by experts in the field. The candidates should be able to teach fully in English.

2.  Rewards

(1) Rewards from SCNU: Employed within public institution staffing quota. The candidates will be offered or have the priority to be offered a senior position.  Depending on the basic disciplines and actual research, the candidates will be rewarded with competitive start-up funds for scientific research, annual salary and housing allowance.

(2) Rewards from College: International United College will provide an additional subsidy of 50,000 yuan per year according to the academic level, title, and teaching courses of the introduced talents; Research start-up fund is basically the same as offered by SCNU, varying from person to person in the first employment period.

(3) Other Benefits: The candidate’s children can apply for studying in the affiliated kindergarten, primary and middle school of SCNU according to relevant regulations.


II. Young Talents

1. Requirements

The age of the candidates, preferably under 35, can be prolonged to 38 if he/she has outstanding academic performance in Science of Art, Philosophy,or Humanities and Social Science. Obtain a doctoral degree or engage in post-doctoral research work, with a good academic background and outstanding development potential, and have achieved high-quality innovative scientific research results. The Candidates should be able to teach fully in English.

2. Rewards

(1) Rewards from SCNU: Young Talents will be employed for a term of 3 years as Special Research Fellow. Salary consists of three parts, basic salary, annual reward performance and performance bonus. The total payment of basic salary and annual reward performance is 250,000 yuan per year.

(2) Rewards from Colleges: International United College will provide a subsidy of 40,000 yuan per year; Research start-up fund of up to 100,000 yuan will be provided for candidates in the fields of science and engineering in the first employment period, and up to 50,000 yuan for candidates in other disciplines. The Aberdeen Institute’s subsidy will be decided based on face-to-face negotiation.

(3) Other Benefits: The candidate’s children can apply for studying in the affiliated kindergarten and primary school of SCNU according to relevant regulations. When housing resources are sufficient, the candidates can also apply for renting interim apartments, but can no longer enjoy rental allowance.


III.Young Talent (Post-Doctors)

1. Requirements

The candidates, preferably under 35, have good academic background, academic foundation and development potential, and have achieved innovative scientific research results. Preference will be given to applicants who have gained his/her doctorate degree from domestic universities and discipline ranked no lower than SCNU in comprehensive competitiveness or the top 500 universities in the world. Qualified Young Talent (Post-Doctors) will be under the management of the postdoctoral system. The Candidates should be able to teach fully in English.

2. Rewards

(1) Rewards from SCNU:Young Talent (Post-Doctors) will be employed for a term of 3 years as Special Associate Research Fellow and will be managed in the national or provincial postdoctoral system. Salary consists of three parts, basic salary, annual reward performance and performance bonus. The total payment of basic salary and annual reward performance is 230,000 yuan per year.  

(2) Rewards from Colleges: International United College will provide a subsidy of 30,000 yuan per year; Research start-up fund of up to 60,000 yuan will be provided for candidates in the fields of science and engineering in the first employment period, and up to 20,000 yuan for candidates in other disciplines.

(3) Other Benefits: The candidate’s children can apply for studying in the affiliated kindergarten and primary school of SCNU according to relevant regulations. When housing resources are sufficient, the candidates can also apply for renting postdoctoral apartments, but can no longer enjoy rental allowance.


IV. Post-Doctors

1. Requirements

The candidates, preferably under 35, are expected to have gained his/her doctorate degree. The candidates are expected to have good academic potentiality and vitality in the field. The candidates should be able to teach fully in English or bilingually.

2. Rewards

(1) Rewards from SCNU:Post-Doctors will be employed for a term of 2 years as Special Associate Research Fellow and will be managed in the national or provincial postdoctoral system. Salary consists of three parts: basic salary, annual reward performance and performance bonus. The total payment of basic salary and annual reward performance is150,000 yuan per year.  

(2) Rewards from Colleges:International United College will provide a subsidy of 40,000 yuan per year; Research start-up fund of up to 40,000 yuan will be provided for candidates in the fields of science and engineering in the first employment period, and up to 10,000 yuan for candidates in other disciplines.

(3) Other Benefits:The candidate’s children can apply for studying in the SCNU affiliated kindergarten and primary schools that are not located in Shipai Campus.


V. Teaching-oriented Research Staff

1.Requirements

Candidates should meet the university’s basic criteria as well as the institute’s specific requirements. Doctoral candidates should be under the age of 35; The applicant shall be under the age of 40 if he/she has studied abroad and obtained a doctor's degree, or if he/she has at least one year of overseas research experience, or if he/she is a post-doctor. Candidates with senior professional and technical qualifications shall not exceed the age of 45. Taking priority to those with overseas learning or working experience. The Candidates should be able to teach fully in English.

2.Rewards

(1) Rewards from SCNU: Pre-appointed teaching and research staff participate in the implementation of contract management. Salary and benefits shall be implemented with reference to the salary policies of staff within public institution staffing quota.  Participate in pension, medical, work-related injury, unemployment, maternity and other social insurance and deposit housing provident fund according to law.

(2) Rewards from Colleges: International United College will provide a subsidy of 30,000 yuan per year; Research start-up fund of up to 50,000 yuan will be provided for candidates in the fields of science and engineering in the first employment period, and up to 20,000 yuan for candidates in other disciplines.

(3) Other Benefits: The candidate’s children can apply for studying in the affiliated kindergarten and primary school of SCNU according to relevant regulations.


VI. Senior Teachers

1. Requirements

(1) Academic English Teachers:The applicants should have already acquired master degree or above qualification. The overseas talents returned from English-speaking countries are preferred. Chinese applicants are required to graduate from English-related majors in both undergraduate and graduate levels, such as, but not limited to English Language and Literature, English Education, Applied Linguistics, Intercultural Communication, Translation. Holders of CELTA or authoritative TEFL/TESOL certificates are preferred. Overseas applicants are required to be Native-English speakers, and are from the following countries like the United Kingdom, the United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and etc. Overseas applicants should have at least 2 years of English teaching experience. Graduates in education or linguistics are preferred.

(2) Other Senior Teachers:Candidates should meet the university’s basic criteria as well as the college’s specific requirements. Candidates should have already acquired master degree or above degree, taking priority to those with overseas learning or working experience. The Candidates should be able to teach fully in English.

2.Rewards

(1) Rewards from SCNU: The candidates will sign an employment contract with SCNU. The annual salary is 120,000 yuan. Benefits includes lawful social insurances such as pension, medical treatment, work-related injury, unemployment, childbirth, as well as housing fund and other benefits.

(2) Rewards from Colleges: International United College will provide a subsidy according to educational level and academic title. The candidates who do not have any academic title will enjoy 20,000 yuan per year, 30,000 yuan for lecturers per year, and 40,000 yuan per year for associate professors or above .
