近日，中国联通宣布
在深圳、广州、天津、
长沙、郑州、上海等6个城市
率先启动用在
Apple Watch 上的eSIM业务
什么是eSIM？
eSIM卡又称嵌入式SIM卡，简单的说，就是将传统SIM卡直接嵌入到设备芯片上，也就是没有实体卡，而不再作为独立的可移除零部件加入设备中，用户无需像现在一样插入物理SIM卡。
使用eSIM卡的设备，直接输入账号和密码登录之后 ，就可以上网了。
eSIM的出现意味着只能使用手机进行上网，语音通话的时代即将终结，将会有更多的可穿戴智能设备实现功能独立。
上网及电话语音将不再是手机专属，在不久的将来，随着科技的进步，一切移动电子装备均可实现语音通话、上网浏览等功能，用户可实现不换号自由切换运营商。

BEIJING, Nov. 6 (Xinhua) -- China will firmly adhere to opening-up and the principle of multilateralism to push for the in-depth development of globalization, Chinese Premier Li Keqiang said on Tuesday.
Li made the remarks when holding the third "1+6" Roundtable with leaders of major international economic and financial institutions in Beijing.
When talking about the current global economic situation, Premier Li said the world has come at a cross road and faces a historical choice.
"We believe multilateralism is the only way to achieve prosperity and inclusive growth, and the trend of globalization should not be reversed," he said.
He also said that China is willing to strengthen communication and consultation with all parties to accommodate the interests of countries of different development stages and groups of different income levels.
China firmly supports multilateralism and opposes unilateralism and protectionism, and will work with other countries to promote economic globalization toward a more open, inclusive, universally beneficial, balanced and win-win direction, and jointly build an open world economy, Li said.

智能手表无需连蓝牙就可以独立打电话
随着eSIM技术近两年越来越成熟，现已经逐渐应用到越来越多的领域。
从前，Apple Watch只是一款智能手表，需要连接iPhone的蓝牙才能实现拨打电话等功能。一旦离开手机，Watch就只能是一款智能手表了。
而使用eSIM，Apple Watch便能实现独立通信功能，无需与iPhone保持蓝牙连接。在一号双终端业务场景下，用户无需为Watch单独办号，手机与手表共用一个号码，来电时两终端同振，手机、手表均可独立拨打电话。
这样，用户就可以根据生活场景自由、随意地切换终端，而不受多机多号的困扰。eSIM技术加一号双终端（甚至多终端）业务，使移动互联进一步摆脱了硬件设备的束缚。
除了苹果，华为、三星等科技巨头也已经在为eSIM研发相应的智能产品。
同时，来自市场研究公司Mücke，Sturm & Company的研究报告称，在全球范围内，eSIM的市场渗透率在2022年将达到50%。
eSIM是运营商的末日？
手机用了eSIM电子卡之后，用户怎么使用呢？
很简单，打开手机，通过手机内置应用，选择运营商、号码、套餐等，确定，与这些套餐、号码对应的eSIM电子卡就写入到手机的安全芯片里面去了，就可以使用手机了。
要是感觉用得不爽，随时可以选择新的运营商，也不必去营业厅办理退网了。并且，手机安全芯片里可同时存储多个运营商的电子卡，供用户选择使用。
实际上，eSIM在手机上的应用已开始。据苹果官网介绍，iPhone XS、iPhone XS Max 和 iPhone XR 可以通过一张Nano SIM 卡和eSIM 来使用双卡功能。可惜的是，目前国内iPhone暂不支持eSIM。

怎么办理？贵不贵？
据介绍，中国联通为eSIM可穿戴独立号码业务配置了多样的单产品及合约产品资费政策。
对于单产品，提供两类政策，一类是eSIM专属副卡产品，作为手机主套餐的副卡，能与主套餐共享资源，合并计费。
另一类是eSIM专属套餐产品，设置不同档位的资费套餐，以适应不同消费者的需求。具体价位要咨询运营商或设备厂商。
对运营商来讲，有多大影响呢？
节约了成本，不需要实体卡，不需要那么多人和营业厅来制卡、写卡等，一切网上就可以操作。但让运营商头疼的是，用户换号的便利性提高了，不需要跑营业厅、不需要等待，更容易比较各运营商的优惠了，竞争加大。
而且，在国外可以携号转网的地方，运营商竞争会更大。看你不爽，直接就换运营商换套餐。
对我们普通用户来说，还是先期待eSIM及智能可穿戴设备的新技术、新业务，能够帮助拆除运营商的服务壁垒，进而推动携号转网，这样，运营商躺着赚钱的日子将一去不复返了！
而对于运营商，则可通过积极转型，聚焦于为万物互联时代提供更灵活、高效、安全的IT服务，更好地促进国家信息产业的发展！
三大运营商已启动eSIM
三大运营商方面，中国联通此前已支持eSIM独立号码业务的华为运动手表；在天津、上海、南京、杭州、广州、深圳、成都7个城市支持iWatch 3和iWatch 4，并且用户已达20万。此次又率先全国范围内开通。
中国移动在2018年6月宣布，其“eSIM一号双终端”业务于6月1日在正式启动，用户通过“一号双终端”业务，可实现手机与可穿戴设备的绑定，共享同一个号码、话费及流量套餐。
另外一家运营商，中国电信在2018年10月份宣布，在上海、广州、成都及南京开通eSIM试点，但仅限当地手机账号开通使用。
