对于上半年全球经济而言，最大的意外莫过于新冠疫情的蔓延。有效而迅速的疫情防控，使中国成为最先迈入经济重启的国家。暴风雨过后的中国，逐渐展露出其拥有全球最完整的现代工业体系和作为全球第二大消费市场所蕴含的实力，中国仍是海外初创企业的首选站之一。XNode作为新加坡全球创新联盟（Global Innovation Alliance）的合作伙伴，携手新加坡企业发展局（Enterprise Singapore）于2020年7月27日开启新一轮新加坡跨境创业加速项目（China-Singapore Innovation Launchpad Acceleration Programme），一起开启新冠疫情后，对科技创新、商业变革的全新探索。
The biggest unexpected occurrence for the global economy in the first half of the year was the spread of the COVID-19. Effective prevention and control of the epidemic made China one of the first countries to embark on an economic reboot. After the storm, China has emerged as one of the world's most complete modern industrial systems and the world's second-largest consumer market, and remains one of the top stops for overseas startups. As a partner of the Global Innovation Alliance, XNode is working with Enterprise Singapore to launch a new round of the China-Singapore Innovation Launchpad Acceleration Programme on July 27, 2020. In the post-COVID 19 eras, let’s start a new exploration of technological innovation and business transformation.

China-Singapore Innovation Launchpad Acceleration Programme (Batch 2 Online)
2019年，XNode 成功帮助8家新加坡企业实现跨境加速、组织中新企业对接活动、带领中国企业出海参与新加坡SFF x SWITCH大会，各方收获颇丰。2020年，突如其来的疫情不会停下创业创新的脚步，XNode正与生态圈的众多伙伴们紧密合作，以远程对接、全球在线的形式帮助新加坡初创企业完成跨境创业加速。本次新加坡跨境创业加速项目共有9家初创企业参与，行业领域包括医疗科技、营销创新、航海科技、等领域。
In 2019, XNode successfully helped eight Singaporean companies achieve cross-border acceleration, including organizing China-Singapore business matchmaking events, and took Chinese companies overseas to participate in the Singapore SFF × SWITCH conference, during which all parties benefitted from a fruitful year. XNode is working closely with many partners in the ecosystem to help Singaporean startups complete their cross-border acceleration in the virtual space by connecting remotely. This year, the China-Singapore Innovation Launchpad Acceleration Programme involves 9 startups in sectors such as medical, marketing, maritime technology, and more.
在未来四周的时间里，XNode将与这9家企业一起探索“疫情后时代”中国市场蕴藏的商机，帮助初创企业建立在中国的合作伙伴关系网，促成商业合作，一起乘风破浪，加速前行。
Over the next four weeks, XNode will work with these nine companies to explore business opportunities in the "post-epidemic" China market, help them build networks of partners in China, and facilitate business collaborations to accelerate their business expansion.
背景概要 Overview
新沪企业和机构在新加坡—上海全面合作理事会首次会议上签署五项谅解备忘录，为两地在国际仲裁、金融、生物医药、智慧城市、创新和初创企业等领域的合作奠定基础。XNode与新加坡企业发展局签署与创新和初创企业有关的谅解备忘录，为新加坡创业企业进入中国市场提供专业的本土化服务，致力于帮助他们链接全球范围内的创新力，通过连接新加坡企业 (包括初创企业、中小企业和大型企业) 与中国的人才库、风投、客户资源和潜在合作伙伴，XNode将帮助新加坡企业融入中国的商业和创新生态系统。
Shanghai and Singapore signed five Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) among government agencies, arbitration institutions, financial institutions, and enterprises at the Singapore-Shanghai Comprehensive Cooperation Council in 2019. Among them, XNode and Enterprise Singapore signed a Memorandum of Understanding to facilitate closer interaction between the startup and innovation ecosystems in Singapore and Shanghai. The two sides have reached a consensus on collaboration and will organize and establish an innovation launchpad in China. By connecting Singaporean companies (including start -ups, small and medium-sized enterprises and large enterprises) to talent pools, venture capitals, customer resources and potential partners in China, XNode and Enterprise Singapore will help to integrate them into China's business and innovation ecosystem.
