Smart city is an innovation model that uses new generation of information technology to promote urban planning, construction, management and service intelligence, and applies leading technologies to all walks of life in the city. As the fundamental element of smart city, smart building lays the foundation for smart parks and smart cities. China’s smart building market is growing at an annual rate of 15% and is expected to reach one trillion RMB in 2022.[1]

Smart building encounters various tech challenges and has great market needs, ranging from construction workers safety and risk management, construction site waste water treatment, supply chain traceability of construction materials, new materials for comfortability and sustainability, AI analysis for building operation and consumer insights, floor planning visualization and space innovation.

The system provides a leading digital management platform for the construction industry, which can seamlessly link manufacturers, transporters, builders and installation companies to collaborate and realize the visual management of the whole process of construction materials from manufacturing to installation. It has successfully facilitated the delivery of construction projects in the shortest time possible.

Nodis是2014年新加坡成立的智能玻璃科技公司。Nodis的TruTint智能玻璃实现一秒内完成从透明到不透明的切换，或者介于两者之间的任何色调或者颜色。这项技术打造了精确的光线、眩光和红外线控制，提高建筑物的能源效率和宜居性。TruTint玻璃技术为建筑物节电50%,降低40%碳排放。Nodis同时具有dashboard监控系统，控制电量消耗、温度控制等。

Nodis’ TruTint smart glass technology enables glass to switch instantly from clear to opaque and any tint or color in between. This allows for precise light, glare, and infrared control increasing a building’s energy efficiency and livability while transforming any piece of glass into a transparent display. Nodis small glass can also be used for vehicles to increase energy saving and advance driver/passenger experience.
