报告摘要

The ZX-calculus is a graphical language for representing and reasoning about quantum processes. It has various applications including quantum compiling, measurement-based quantum computing, quantum error correction, quantum machine learning. In this talk, I will give an introduction to the ZX-calculus. Also, I will talk about our recent work of using the ZX-calculus to analyze the barren plateaus phenomenon in quantum neural network training.
