Standard Senior Manager

Open positions: 1

Job Description：

1. Participate in the formulation of industrial standards such as artificial intelligence, information security and the Internet of things, and promote the transformation of the company's technology into international, domestic and industrial standards.         

2. Analyze the development of international and domestic technical standards related to the company's business, study the development of the industry, write white papers, and assist in formulating the company's standardization strategy.

3. Represent the company in international and domestic standardization conferences in the fields of artificial intelligence, big data, education informatization, Internet of things, information security, etc.

4. Support and optimize the company's internal standard management system and promote the smooth implementation of standard strategy within the company.

5. Support and assist in promoting standards related research cooperation projects, and support and coordinate standards related intellectual property work.

Job requirements: 

1. At least 3 years of standardization experience in computer science, artificial intelligence technology, electronic information engineering, communication engineering or other electronic information technology, and familiar with the work flow of standardization organization.

2. Have good Chinese and English expression and writing skills, and be able to meet the needs of participating in international, national and industrial standardization; Fast learning ability, good communication and teamwork ability.

3. Full time bachelor degree or above in computer, automation, software engineering, communication engineering and other electronic information.

4. Experience in participating in international and domestic standards conferences and working in international and domestic standardization organizations is preferred.

Corporate legal BP

Open positions: 3

Responsibilities:

1. Comprehensive legal support, including: (1) draft, review, negotiation and management of the contacts and following up with the contract performance; (2) handling the litigation or providing litigation support; (3) counsel on all matters related to the business; and (4) conducting legal training. 

2. Professional review of the products and business initiatives and/or modes to provide risk mitigation strategies and/or solutions to ensure the compliance with the applicable laws and regulations. The goal is to balance the business development and the compliance risks. 

3. Monitoring the laws and regulations and other major changes and trends in the relevant business areas. Support the implementation of internal compliance systems and/or policies and internal process optimization based on the principles in laws and regulations. 

4. Summarize a wide range of legal issues and propose systematic solutions.

5. Other duties as required or assigned. 

Qualifications /Requirements:

1. A full-time Bachelor degree in law. Passing the China’s unified qualification exam for legal professions is preferred. 
   

2. 3 years of work experience in corporations or law firms. Experience in Internet or Education industries is preferred.

Senior Legal Counsel (Litigation)

Responsibilities:

1. Resolve civil and commercial disputes from litigious and non-litigious aspects to safeguard the interests of the Corporation, including making strategy, collecting evidence, etc. 
   

2. Monitor, identify and assess legal risks arising from those significant business activities and give feasible advice on it.

3. Research and track publication and enforcement of legislation at home and abroad relating to the Corporation's business activities, and provide legal advice on the Corporation’s major business decision-making activities.

4. Provide regular legal training for the managers and/or all staff of the Corporation to increase the legal risk awareness and enhance the legal risk management skill.

5. Other tasks may be assigned by the team leader. 

Qualification:

1. Master of Laws degree or above, having passed the National Judicial Examination. 

2. Five years or more experience in legal affairs, experience in the Internet Industry or Intellectual Property Litigation in Law Firm is preferred. Experience in Civil and Commercial trails for more than five years is preferred.

Intellectual Property Senior Manager

Job Description：

1. Be responsible for the global intellectual property planning and layout of the product line, assist in formulating or optimizing the global patent management system and system, and assist in formulating or optimizing the global intellectual property protection strategy.

2. Patent risk analysis, response and dispute settlement at home and abroad, including but not limited to FTO search analysis, risk early warning, risk control, patent invalidation and litigation equivalence.           

3. Daily patent application work, including but not limited to patent search and analysis, mining layout, preparation and review of disclosure, preparation and review of application documents, reply to examination opinions, reexamination, etc.

4. Implement the patent protection strategy and provide professional training for business / R & D / market.

5. Evaluate and manage the value of patent assets, and be responsible for patent transfer, licensing and other affairs.

6. Support the collaboration between patents and standards, open source, trade secrets, etc.            

7. Other innovation protection related matters.

Job requirements: 

1. Bachelor degree or above from key universities, major in computer, signal and information processing, electronic information, communication engineering, automation and other related majors, with professional background in the field of artificial intelligence is preferred.          

2. At least 3 years experience in intellectual property.
