蛋白降解剂「图鉴」:PROTAC、LYTAC、ATAC、AbTAC、AUTAC、ATTEC……12大技术,引领下一轮新药研发浪潮
自2019年3月首款PROTAC分子进入临床开发以来,短短3年多的时间,靶向蛋白降解(Targeted Protein Degradation,TPD)领域飞速发展,一方面,全球有多个PROTAC、分子胶项目进入临床,且部分领先项目已经多次披露临床研究数据;另一方面,新技术层出不穷,致力于LYTAC、ATTEC、ATAC、AUTOTAC等新技术开发的Biotech公司均受到了资本青睐。本文结合Signal Transduction and Targeted Therapy 杂志于4月4日发表的一篇综述,盘点近几年取得重要研究进展的靶向蛋白降解技术,主要包括作用机制、代表性公司、全球研发现状等内容。
