创赛｜全球创客们！！2021杭州市海外高层次人才创新创业大赛正式启动！

大赛为有意向来杭创新创业的海外高层次人才提供百万级扶持资金、创业落地机会、中国互联网生态系统对接、官方媒体曝光等服务，自2015年以来已连续成功举办六届,共征集到20余个国家和地区近6000个项目参赛，164个项目正式在杭注册企业，注册资金11.5亿元。 

The Competition provides services such as million-level funds and grants, entrepreneurial landing opportunities, Chinese internet ecosystem docking and official media exposure for talents and entrepreneurs who are interested in innovation and entrepreneurship in Hangzhou. It has been successfully held for six consecutive times since 2015, and nearly 6,000 projects from more than 20 countries and regions have been solicited. 164 projects have officially registered enterprises in Hangzhou with a registered capital of 1.15 billion yuan.

“云”模式赛制

 Virtual Competition

2021年大赛将加强采用云上宣传、云上征集、云上竞赛、云上对接等“云”模式。为了使对接渠道更畅通，大赛将以市区两级联动的“1+X”高频节奏，从4月起持续开展云上项目路演、项目视频会、资本交流会，让杭州市各区与参赛项目可以实时对接。 

The 2021 competition adopts “cloud” modes such as promotion on the cloud, solicitation on the cloud, competition on the cloud, and docking on the cloud. The competition will continue to carry out cloud project roadshows, project video conferences, and capital exchange meetings based on the "1+X" high-frequency rhythm of Hangzhou two-level linkage, so that all districts of Hangzhou can connect with participating projects in real time.

International Incubators Cooperation

飞仕伯乐 fishburners和美国500加速器、以色列创新国度等海内外知名孵化器成为了此次大赛的官方合作创业服务机构。共同促进15-20个以上参赛项目在杭落地。

Fishburners as well as the Us 500 Accelerator, Israel Innowation Country Cooperate and other well-known incubators became the official cooperative entrepreneurship service organizations of this competition. Jointly promote the landing of more than 15-20 participating projects in Hangzhou.

2021大赛与吉利集团、贝达药业、浙江建工集团、中国银行等已有的合作单位外，新邀请到杭州安恒信息技术股份有限公司、矽力杰半导体技术（杭州）有限公司、浙江省股权投资行业协会、安永（浙江）会计师事务所等我市重要企业、机构成为新的大赛合作伙伴，为相应产业领域的项目提供更多行业资源和专业服务。

In addition to existing cooperation units such as GEELTY、BETTA、Zhejiang Construction Engineering Group、BOC, etc., the 2021 competition will newly invite DBAPP Security、SILERGY、ZVCA、Ernst & Young and other important enterprises and institutions in our city have become new partners in the competition, providing more industry resources and professional services for projects in the corresponding industrial fields.

大赛配套资助政策

Government Funds and Grants

获得大赛一、二、三等奖以及进入决赛、复赛阶段的优秀项目，于大赛结束一年内来杭落地、实施转化的，可不再经评审分别获得500万、300万、200万、100万、20-100万人民币的市级高层次留学回国人员在杭创业创新项目资助。T同时此次大赛首次设立全球探索特别奖，会颁发1-5万元人民币的特别奖奖金。

The first, second and third prizes winners and the outstanding projects entered the final and semi-final of the competition, and who have come to Hangzhou to land and conduct business within one year of the end of the competition, might be eligible to receive RMB 5 million, 3 million, 2 million, 1 million, and up to 1 million grants respectively. It is the first time to set up a special prize for global exploration, and a special prize of RMB 10,000 to 50,000 will be awarded.
