Hi friends! Today we will share how to register a company for expats in Shenzhen, the application process taking only 3 days!
What is Needed？
所需材料
1. Application for Incorporation Registration (one original);
《企业设立登记申请书》（原件1份）；
2.Articles of Association (one original, which shall be signed by the legal representative);
公司章程(原件1份,并由法定代表人签字）；
3.The identity card of the handler (one copy, the original will be checked);
经办人身份证明（复印件1份，验原件）；
4. Copy of passport(one copy, with the note “consistent with the original”, which shall be signed by the legal representative)
护照复印件（复印件1份，注明“与原件一致”并由法定代表人签字）；
5. House code of the office
办公地址房屋编码。
