What's needed?
所需材料
1. Application Form for the Permit for Foreigners Working in China;
外国人来华工作许可申请表；
2. Passport or international travel document of the applicant;
申请人护照或国际旅行证件；
3. Bareheaded photograph of the applicant within 6 months;
申请人6个月内正面免冠照片；
4. Certificates of work qualifications;
工作资历证明；
5. Employment contract or proof of employment (including a letter of dispatch from multinational companies);
聘用合同或任职证明（含跨国公司派遣函）；
6. Certified or notarized highest degree (diploma) certificate or industry-approved document, professional qualification certificate;
已获认证的或公证的最高学位（学历）证书或行业批准文书、职业资格证明；
7. Certificate of no criminal record;
无犯罪记录证明；
8. Medical examination records;
体检证明；
9. Relevant supporting documents for accompanying family members (if any).
随行家属相关证明材料（如有）。
