On the morning of May 7th, BAFLA Chinese Class was held in Bay Area International Exchange Service Center, where Mrs. Ma from College of International Exchange in Shenzhen University gave an informative and juicy Chinese class to foreign friends.
5月7日上午，BAFLA Chinese Class正式于湾区国际交流服务中心启动，来自深圳大学国际交流学院的马老师为外国朋友带来了干货满满、生动有趣的汉语课堂。

Chinese Classes
Chinese phonetics has always been an obstacle for Chinese learning. The teacher introduced the 21 initials, 36 finals and 4+1 tones of Chinese through demonstration, exercises and practice games. The students quickly mastered the pronunciation skills thanks to Ma’s clear and vivid explanation. She was impressed by students’ authentic Chinese pronunciation after rounds of practice!
中文的语音语调一直是学习汉语的外国朋友难以跨越的“难关”，马老师将自我介绍融入教学环节，从中文姓氏的发音导入课堂，通过示范练习、结合实例、小游戏等方式向同学们介绍了中文的21个声母、36个韵母和4+1个声调。在老师清晰生动的讲解下，同学们迅速掌握了中文语音语调的发音技巧，地道的中文发音让老师连连称赞。

Chinese Classes
The Pronunciation test and the "what is my tone" game allow foreign friends to speak out Chinese loud while enjoying fun. They mastered new words and quickly identifed confusing pronunciations during games.
妙趣横生的“发音”测试和“我是声调”游戏，让外国朋友们在欢声笑语中大胆开口说中文，在互动游戏中轻轻松松掌握新单词，迅速辨析容易混淆的发音。
Speak Out Loud

At the end of the class, students digested what they had learned today, practicing the pronunciation of sentences and a short paragraph with teacher’s guidance. Every one of them can speak standard Mandarin during the excercise!
课堂的最后，外国朋友们融会贯通，将今日所学转化为实战演练，在老师的指导下，练习了句子和短段落的发音。每一位同学都说出了标致的汉语！
今天我非常高兴，因为我参加汉语课。我和大家一起说汉语，不说英语。
jīn tiān wǒ fēi cháng gāo xìng , yīn wèi wǒ cān jiā hàn yǔ kè wǒ hé dà jiā yì qǐ shuō hàn yǔ , bù shuō yīng yǔ .
