What documents needed?
申请材料
1. Complete the《Foreigner’s Permanent Residence Application Form in China》
填写完整的《外国人在中国永久居留申请表》
2. Valid passport and work residence permit
有效护照和工作类居留证件
3. Ph.D Education certificate (certified by a certification agency designated by the national education department and translated by a translation company)
博士学历学位证书和认证证明原件
4. Valid work permit
有效《外国人工作许可证》
5. The employment certificate issued by the current employer
工作单位出具的在职证明
6. The registration certificate of the employer (e.g.a copy of the business license) and the online annual report stamped with the official seal
工作单位《企业营业执照》副本和有关登记证明
7. Health certificate issued by the health and quarantine department
国内出入境检验检疫部门出具的健康证明
8. The country of nationality shall issue a certificate of non-criminal record, which must be certified by the Chinese embassy or consulate in that country (within 6 months)
经中国驻外使（领）馆认证的国外无犯罪证明（自出具之日起6个月内有效）
9. The applicant’s personal resume (from the age of 18 to present, with uninterrupted years and months)
申请人简历（从十八岁至今，年份和月份之间连续不间断）
10. Personal tax payment certificate (tax payment period should be 12 consecutive months before application)
个人完税记录（申请前连续12个月）

1. Follow the wechat account: Shenzhen Bureau of Public Security
关注微信公众号：深圳公安
2. Please click the button of government services, and choose Entry &Exit business
点击底部“政务服务，选择“出入境业务”
3. Then we can find the Access for permenent residence application
然后在“境外人员服务”处找到“外国人在中国永久居留审核”
4. Fill in the essential info
填写基本信息
5. After completing the online reservation, you can bring the original documents to the Exit-entry Administration Department of Shenzhen PSB
完成线上登记后，携带原件到深圳公安局出入境管理局
