Presidents’ Office

11月2日，参与银杏伙伴的评审会，最终入选银杏伙伴。这次入选的银杏伙伴中，有的伙伴致力于罕见病科普，有的伙伴致力于女工赋权，有的伙伴致力于对公益人和公益机构的支持，有的伙伴致力于城乡社区可持续发展，有的伙伴致力于儿童保护，有的伙伴致力于青少年儿童心理健康和成长。

On November 2nd, after the review meeting for Ginkgo Fellows, the President finally made it to be a Ginkgo Fellow. Among all the Ginkgo Fellows, some of them are dedicated to promoting awareness of rare diseases, some focus on the empowerment of women workers, some focus on the support for public welfare professions and organizations, many of them are specialized in the sustainable development of rural communities, and many aim for child protection and many are paying attention to the development and mental health of teenagers and children.

11月18日，与广州智同的伙伴进行线上沟通。疫情这几年，性别公益机构缺乏线下沟通的机会，为了能帮助机构同事有机会与同行业的伙伴进行友善交流与学习，特与广州智同的伙伴联系，得到了对方的支持与欢迎，两家机构的工作人员进行了一个多小时的线上交流。

On November 18th, we communicated with Zhitong online. During the few years of pandemic, public welfare organizations focusing on gender issues lack opportunities to hold face-to-face activities. In order to help the colleagues of Beijing LGBT+ to communicate positively with and learn from peers of the same industry, we contacted Zhitong and received their support and welcome.Staff of the two organizations had an online meeting and communicated for more than one hour. 

为2023年1月机构的战略规划讨论寻找外部专家资源，并与潜在合作方们进行沟通。

The President had also been locating external experts for the organization’s strategic planning and discussion of January 2023, and reached out to potential partners.

Project Director

协助职场部门及跨性别部门的各项目有序进行（包括企业圆桌、最佳实践、跨性别项目经理入职、调研报告审核、小助手sop撰写、家长营筹备等）。

The Director assisted with the orderly progress of various programs of Workplace Department and the Transgender Project Department, including Workplace & Inclusion Roundtable, Corporate LGBTQIA+ Diversity & Inclusion Best Practice, and helped with the induction of the Transgender Project Department’s manager, verification of 2021 National Transgender Health Survey Report, drafting the SOP of the little assistant, preparation of National Transgender Parents’ Camp and so on.

跟进项目结项的财务问题，确保及时回款。

The Director followed up with completed projects’ accounting, and made sure the payments were collected.

对项目部门全年项目进行整合与梳理，并分享给部分合作方。介绍合作方给机构更多同事，方便以后的项目和筹款对接。

The Director summarized and combed through all projects throughout the year, and shared with some partners; the Director introduced partners to more staff of the organization to ensure a faster and smoother communication in the future.

Workplace Department

11月12日，职场多元文化企业圆桌会议在线上召开，邀请到了十余家开展性多元建设的企业分享自己的有益经验。

On November 12th, Workplace Diversity & Inclusion Roundtable was carried out online, and more than ten enterprises which adopt LGBT+ diversity practice shared beneficial experience of their own.

11月14日，最佳实践项目全面展开，邀请了十余家企业参与到最佳实践的访谈中，带来了性多元文化建设的观点和经验，为中国性多元文化的建设提供了新的视角。

On November 14th, Corporate LGBTQIA+ Diversity & Inclusion Best Practice was fully carried out, and over ten enterprises were invited to share their opinions and experience on creating gender diversity inclusive culture, providing new perspectives for creating gender diversity inclusive culture of China.

11月，为亚马逊云AWS提供两次内部培训，参与者就性与性别议题积极进行了讨论。

During November, the Department provided two sessions of internal training for AWS, where participants discussed sex and gender issues.

与Nike达成第二次培训合作，并就培训内容进行筹备。

The Department and Nike reached an agreement on the second session of training and was preparing for the content.

Transgender Project Department

11月17日，正式发布《跨性别医疗照护手册》2022版。

On November 17th, The Manual of Medical Cares for Transgender People (2022) has been officially published.

11月18日，跨性别项目经理入职， 熟悉相关文件和材料，新员工入职培训。

On November 18th, The Transgender Project Department’s manager was inducted to get familiarized with relevant files and documents and organized training sessions for new employees.

11月19至11月31日，进行修订《全国跨性别健康调研报告》设计版的跟进工作。预计12月中下旬发布公众号，并完成打印。

From November 19th to 31st, the Department was following up the revision of the format of 2021 National Transgender Health Survey Report. The Report is estimated to be released on the official account in the latter half of December and will be printed out.

跨儿小助手沟通sop，初稿已完成，目前仍在不断完善中。

The SOP for Little Trans Assistant has been communicated. The first draft was completed and is still maturing. 

首届跨性别家长营的筹备工作正在有序进行，目前已完成：课程大纲、活动预算、志愿者招募/培训，预计1月初举办。

The preparation for the first National Transgender Parents’ Camp is now under way, and presently the accomplished projects are syllabus, budget, and volunteer recruitment and training. The camp is estimated to be held at the beginning of January.

12月4日，家长群直播，荣幸邀请到C先生分享他与家庭、伴侣相处的技巧。其中有23位家长们听完了全程，并积极与嘉宾互动。

On December 4th, there was a live broadcast in the parents’ group chat, and we were honored to invite Mr. C to share his knacks on getting along with his family and partner. 23 parents finished the whole session and actively interacted with the guest speaker.

Operation Department

完成了青春无艾志愿者团队的线下见面会。

In-person meeting with the volunteer team of AIDS-free Growth was held.

完成了北京外国语大学的有关HIV和HIV感染者的课程，腾讯会议有50+人参与，直播有1200人参与。

The course on HIV and people living with HIV for Beijing Foreign Studies University was offered. More than 50 people participated on Tencent Meeting, and 1,200 participated the live broadcast.

完成了第三季度的志愿者培训工作，共有60人报名参与培训。

The training for volunteers of the third quarter was accomplished, and 60 persons in total signed up for the training.

完成了世界艾滋病日小悟生的直播工作，共有80+人参与。

More than 80 persons participated the live broadcast on Life Ease Health on World AIDS Day.

世界艾滋病日，回顾了青春无艾成长计划项目，并在公众号宣传。

On World AIDS Day, AIDS-free Growth Project was reviewed and was promoted on the official account.

完成了联合国艾滋病规划署医疗领域反歧视宣传片的拍摄。

Filming of the promotion video of anti-discrimination in the medical field by UNAIDS was completed.

Operation Department

与友善商家COMMUNE联合推出Speed Dating（每周四晚）以及High Tea Talk（每周日下午）活动，希望为社群伙伴的社交提供一种途径和可能性:)) （虽然很不巧因为疫情延期了，不过期待和大家线下相聚！）

We collaborated with LGBT-friendly business Commune to hold Speed Dating (every Thursday night) and High Tea Talk (every Sunday afternoon), hoping to create new ways and new possibilities of socializing for community partners. (Unfortunately, the activities were delayed because of the pandemic, and we look forward to meeting with everyone in person.)

推出周末线上系列活动读书小组与戏剧/《甄嬛传》飙戏配音小品，希望能够通过线上活动给予不在北京的或者不能外出的伙伴一些精神上的支持与陪伴。

Weekend online book clubs are now in session and Dubbing Spectacular of Empresses in the palace was held. We hope that these online activities can offer those who are not in Beijing or cannot go out emotional support and company.  

推出基于月捐人留言的感恩节拼贴诗，感恩一直以来对我们提供支持和帮助的月捐人、捐赠人和社群伙伴。（特别感谢感恩节推文的创作者，我们优秀的志愿者小傅和球球！）

Collage poetry for Thanksgiving based on the message left by monthly donators had been released, and we want to express our gratitude to the monthly donators, donors and community partners who have been offering support and help. (We specially appreciate the creators of the Thanksgiving article, our exemplary volunteers – Xiaofu and Qiuqiu.)

这个月的线上活动得到了很多伙伴的支持，来参加活动的不仅有社群内部的伙伴，也有社群之外的感兴趣的伙伴。相信这类活动在未来也将带来更多社群影响力。

This month's online activities have been supported by many partners, not only from within the community, but also from interested partners outside the community. We believe that activities will bring more social influence in the future.

11月，北同文化微信公众号「北同文化AllForQueer」共发39篇推送，总阅读量超过5.4万，其中【跨性别纪念日：《跨性别医疗照护手册》2022版正式发布】、【跨性别纪念日：我们身边的跨性别者在经历怎样的生活？】等原创文章收获了高阅读量。

During November, the WeChat official account, AllForQueer, of Beijing LGBT+ published 39 articles which were viewed for more 54,000 times, and among them, the original articles, “Transgender Remembrance Day: The Manual of Medical Cares for Transgender People (2022) was officially published” and “Transgender Remembrance Day: What kind of lives do the transgender people around us live?” had been read the most.

官方微博「北同官微」共计发出21条博文，总阅读量超过43万，【双性恋宣言】等内容引起关注和讨论；抖音平台@北同铁主任 共计制作、发布4条视频，【同性伴侣关系证书、同婚全境合法化：两个国家传来好消息】、【诺贝尔奖公布！其中两位得主都是性多元科学家】等视频收获了较高的热度与讨论度。

Official Weibo of Beijing LGBT+ published 21 microblogs in total, which were read more than 430,000 times, and contents such as Bisexual Manifesto had attracted attention and discussion. Douyin@Director Iron made and published 4 videos, and some of them, such as “Same-sex partnership certificates and legalization of same-sex marriage across the nation: two nations have brought good news” and “Noble Prize was announced! Two of the winners are scientists of sex diversity background” gained high popularity and heated discussion.
