招聘岗位信息:

【财务管理部】流动性管理经理


主要职责:

  • 负责银行及其附属机构的流动性管理事务

  • 对流动性的持续监控

  • 根据要求向MNB 的提供报告

  • 根据要求向管理层提供内部报告


应聘条件:

  • 硕士及以上学历,金融/会计、经济学专业优先

  • 具备3-4年相关领域从业经验

  • 熟悉银行产品和业务及其对流动性管理,具有较强的分析能力

【风险管理部】全面风险管理经理/助理经理(2人)


主要职责:

  • 负责全面风险日常管理和报告,组织开展风险评估,持续监测各类风险限额执行情况

  • 组织本行及跨国二级机构对重点领域的风险排查,及时发现风险隐患,持续推动责任部门制定应对措施

  • 定期或不定期评估各类风险管理的有效性,识别管理缺陷,并向管理层和总行报告

  • 开展流动性风险管理,制定流动性风险管理政策、偏好和限额等,开展对流动性风险限额执行情况的监控

  • 开展全球市场业务风控的交易监控,包括交易合规性检查、异常行为分析、价格公允性验证、市场风险限额的设定及管理等,参与全球市场业务新产品风险管理及存量业务风险管理

【风险管理部】尽责审查高级经理/经理


主要职责:

  • 牵头推动授信项目的尽责审查机制正常运作,承担大型公司客户、中小企业客户和个人贷款户的尽责审查工作

  • 对于授信项目进行尽责审查,对信用风险进行识别、分析和评估,揭示主要风险点,对授信方案的合理性进行分析评价

  • 结合授信项目不同特点、复杂程度、风险特征,提出具有可操作性的风险管控建议

  • 审查集团客户信用风险,提出对集团客户综合授信额度、整体授信策略和集中度份额管控建议

  • 对于授信项目进行合规性审查,审查是否符合各国金融监管、相关政府部门以及我行相关政策制度要求

  • 开展客户信用评级审核

  • 牵头更新相关规章制度,推动信贷管理等系统正常运行和持续更新

  • 大学本科学历或以上,具备较完备的授信、财务、法律、行业、产品的专业知识,具有较强的风险识别和评估能力,熟练掌握监管要求及授信流程

主要职责:

  • 负责建立和维护银行客户关系

  • 完成相应银行产品、服务的业务指标

  • 负责授信业务全流程协调,包括客户拓展、营销、KYC、项目谈判、客户财务及运营情况分析、风险评判、授信申请、发起、贷后管理等

Liquidity Manager

Main purpose of the role is supporting the Head of Department to manage liquidity in accordance with external and internal regulations.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • be responsible for all liquidity management matters for the Bank its affiliates and the Hungarian Branch

  • continuous monitoring of liquidity

  • be responsible for local external reporting to MNB

  • be responsible for internal reporting to the Management

Requirements:

  • Education level:Master Degree in Economics or Finance

  • Experience:At least 3 years experience in banking or financing sector, preferably in treasury or financial department

  • Specific skills: Strong knowledge of banking products and businesses and their impact on liquidity flows, strong analytical skills

  • Certifications: IFRS Chartered Accountants have priority.

  • Language: Fluent Hungarian and English is essential, Chinese is high advantage.

【Risk Management Department】

Comprehensive Risk Management Manager/ Assistant Manager (2 persons)


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Responsible for daily comprehensive risk management and reporting, organizing risk assessment, and continuously monitoring the implementation of various risk limits.

  • Organize the bank and multinational secondary institutions to conduct risk investigations in key areas, identify potential risks in a timely manner, and continue to promote responsible departments to formulate response measures.

  • Regularly or irregularly evaluate the effectiveness of single-type risk management, identify management deficiencies, and report to the management and the Head Office.

  • Conduct liquidity risk management, formulate liquidity risk management policies, risk appetite, and limits, monitor the implementation of liquidity risk limit.

  • Carry out transaction monitoring in the global market business risk management, including transaction compliance inspection, abnormal behavior analysis, price fairness verification, formulating market risk limits and perform management functions on market risk limits, etc. Participate in the risk management of new products in the global market business and the existing businesses.

  • Participate in and cooperate with risk management work, including but not limited to risk-weighted asset and risk weight management, cooperative agencies management, stress testing, market risk management and liquidity risk management, model risk management, product risk management, and promote the application of intelligent risk control systems, take the lead in the building of talent team and risk culture under the risk management line.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above.

  • Proficiency in Chinese and English, has good writing and communication skills.

  • Strong learning ability, meticulous and patient in work.

  • Strong analytical skills, ability to withstand pressure.

  • Bank or related work experience will be preferred.

  • Familiar with commonly used office software, system development experience and IT background will be preferred.

Due Diligence Senior Manager/ Manager

Main purpose is to be responsible for taking the lead in promoting the normal operation of the due diligence mechanism of credit projects, undertaking the due diligence of loan customers, identifying, analyzing, and evaluating credit risks; conducting risk compliance reviews, revealing relevant major risk points, and analyzing the rationality of credit plans.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Take the lead in promoting the normal operation of the due diligence mechanism of credit projects, and undertake the due diligence of large corporate customers, SME customers, and personal loan customers

  • Conduct due diligence of credit projects, identify, analyze and evaluate credit risks, reveal major risk points, and analyze and evaluate the rationality of credit plans

  • Combining the different characteristics, complexity, and risk characteristics of credit projects, put forward feasible risk management and control recommendations

  • Review the credit risk of group customers, and put forward recommendations for the management and control of group customers' comprehensive credit lines, overall credit strategy, and concentration share

  • Conduct credit projects risk compliance review and review whether meet the requirements of the financial supervision of various countries, relevant government departments, and relevant policies and regulations of our bank

  • Carry out customer credit rating review

  • Take the lead in updating relevant rules and regulations, and promote the normal operation and continuous updating of IT systems related to credit management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above, with relatively complete professional knowledge in credit, finance, law, industry, and products, with strong risk identification and assessment capabilities, and proficient in regulatory requirements and credit procedures

  • Proficiency in English, with good comprehensive analytical skills, expression skills, and anti-stress ability; knowledge of Chinese is preferred

  • Can independently complete various complex credit project due diligence, and identify project risks and propose operable risk control measures.

  • Experience in corporate credit business or corporate credit risk management is preferred

  • Certificates such as CPA, ACCA, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Financial Risk Manager (FRM), Legal Professional Qualification Certificate, etc. are preferred

  • Familiar with common office software

  • No disciplinary action has been taken for major violations in recent years


Relationship Manager/Assistant Manager


Main purpose is the establishment and maintenance of bank customer relationships, completing the sales indicators of corresponding bank products and services, pre-sale and after-sale coordination, establishing and maintaining good cooperative relations with relevant external partners. The whole process of credit business mainly includes customer development and marketing, KYC, negotiation, financial evaluation, risk analysis, credit preparation, initiation and post-loan monitoring.

Requirements:

  • University or college bachelor degree, preferably majoring in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economics,

  • Previous relevant professional banking experience is a plus

  • Fluent Chinese and English knowledge is a must (listening, speaking, reading and writing); Hungarian or other European language is a plus.

  • Proficient in MS Windows system, MS Office applications, Lotus Notes.

  • Positive attitude at work, motivated and diligent, good communication skills, be able to communicate with customers efficiently and effectively, ability to work under tight pressure and deadline.

  • Driver license and driving skill is a plus.


Risk Monitoring Manager/Assistant Manager

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Responsible for monitoring the risks of bank transaction business, operational risks and compliance risks of Treasury business

  • Be responsible for the daily management of bank capital business, including system authority management, parameter management, and emergency handling of sudden risk events, etc.

  • Responsible for regular risk reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business administration, Economics, corporate Finance, financial accounting or related majors

  • Proficient in English and Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing. Additional knowledge of Hungarian is preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft office software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

  • Have a positive, independent and diligent working attitude and good communication skills, able to effectively communicate with customers. Able to work under intense pressure and deadlines

  • Banking experience is preferred


AD Manager/Assistant Manager

Main purpose is the planning and execution of internal and external meetings and events, daily administrative services, connecting with logistics service suppliers and vehicle management.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Responsible for the planning and execution of internal and external meetings and events

  • The management, custody and distribution of fixed assets within the bank

  • Daily administrative services such as mailing, transportation, supplies, equipment, billing, ticketing, hotel reservation management, etc.

  • Connecting with suppliers of cleaning, security, office supplies, equipment and facility management

  • Vehicle management related work, including temporary driving task

Requirements:

  • University or college bachelor degree

  • Proficient in English and Chinese, with strong listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, Hungarian is preferred

  • Previous administrative or HR work experience is preferred

  • Driver's license and good driving skills are preferred
