Then he went to get his mobile phone, leaving the girl alone on the beach for more than 10 minutes.▲The missing girl, Huang, as posted by her father on Sina Weibo.He couldn't find the girl when he returned and turned to the police for help.The police organized people to search along the beach overnight to no avail.
Pudong police teamed up with another six search teams with nearly 200 members to comb the area the next day, and looked at all the surveillance cameras around the beach, ruling out the possibility that the girl was kidnapped or taken by other people.Since the cameras were located far away, the surveillance footage was not clear. The daughter's father finally pointed out the exact location where he and his daughter were separated from each other in the surveillance camera on Thursday evening. After finding the image of the girl among nearly 100 people, they saw that she stayed at the original position for about 10 minutes and then walked toward the water.She was seen falling in the water and going missing in the waves.Pudong police said it has coordinated with experts from Shanghai Ocean University and Shanghai Maritime University to study the current direction for further searching.
