2017年3月，家族办公室领域资深专家——周幼兰女士正式加盟北京市道可特律师事务所，担任我所高级顾问，并出任道可特家族办公室主任。

(Mar 2017) DOCVIT Law Firm is pleased to announce that Ms Elina Chow has joined the Firm as Senior Counsel and Director of the DOCVIT Family Office Practice. 

周幼兰女士毕业于加拿大英属哥伦比亚大学商科系，其业务专长是为超高净值个人、企业家、家族企业、信托机构、银行和金融规划师等提供专业的顾问及咨询服务。周主任曾在不同国际领先的金融机构服务三十余年，并担任过多家大型国际银行的高级管理者，其工作领域覆盖加拿大、香港、东南亚、亚太区及中国市场。此前，周幼兰女士曾担任北京大成律师事务所总部高级顾问和 “ 大成金融专业委员会家族办公室咨询服务 ” 主任。

Ms Chow holds a Business Degree from University of British Columbia, Canada, and has been advising UHNW individuals, entrepreneurs, family-owned companies, trust companies, banks, and financial planners on highly specialised topics. Ms Chow has worked at various leading financial institutions for past 30 years, and held senior management roles at a number of renowned international banks, across Canada, Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, APAC, and China. Most recently, Ms Chow was the Head of "Dentons Financial Services - Family Office Practice". 

周幼兰女士是家族财富规划领域的著名专家，是家族办公室业务的开创者。她为诸多显赫的亚洲家族提供了财富保障、财富传承、家族战略、遗产规划、全球信托方面的顾问服务，实现家族治理优化、确保代际传承、维护家族的繁荣与和谐。

Ms Chow is a widely respected expert on family wealth planning and a pioneer in the family office sector. She advised many leading families in Asia on wealth protection, succession planning, family strategies, estate planning, global trust related service, helping these families optimise their governance, ensure cross-generational continuity, and safeguard family prosperity and harmony. 

周主任曾管理超过10亿美元的中短期投资组合和产权投资组合，并指导协助了众多知名企业家设立资产保护战略，实现个人财富和企业资产的有效隔离，保护客户资产免受债权人追索、遗嘱认证、继承纠纷的困扰。

Ms Chow has the experiences of managing more than USD 1bn worth of portfolios of short-medium term investments and private equity holdings for UHNW families, and advised many famous entrepreneurs to implement strategies to protect assets, segregate personal wealth and corporate interests, and avoid the difficulties caused by debtor claims, probate processes, and disagreements over legacies. 

此外，周主任还积极投身国际国内公益事业。她曾为加拿大癌症协会及儿童医院提供志愿服务，至今仍是国际红十字会的代表成员和儿童癌症协会主要成员。

Outside her professional career, Ms Chow is also an active contributor to charity work. She volunteered for Canadian Cancer Society and the Children Hospital, and have been a key member of International Red Cross and the Children Cancer Society.   

2017年，北京市道可特律师事务所将着力打造绿色律所、幸福律所、一流律所。周幼兰女士的加盟将进一步加强道可特家族办公室领域的专业化建设。

In 2017, DOCVIT Law Firm will continue to build a Green Law Firm, a Happy Law Firm, and a Leading Law Firm. Ms Chow's arrival will help us greatly strengthen and accelerate the build-up of our DOCVIT Family Office Practice.
