火神山医院收治首批患者，病房布局一探究竟

2月4日，武汉火神山医院开始正式接诊新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎确诊患者，9时许，收治了首批患者。

Huoshenshan Hospital, located in central China's Wuhan City, officially began taking coronavirus-infected patients on February 4.

病房内部实拍：每个病房两张床 有独立卫生间

火神山医院不设门诊，主要救治确诊患者，编设床位1000张，开设重症监护病区、重症病区、普通病区，设置感染控制、检验、特诊、放射诊断等辅助科室。

The special hospital, which was delivered on Sunday, was built in record 10 days. With no out-patient services, it mainly treats patients infected with the novel coronavirus. The makeshift medical facility has a capacity of 1,000 beds.

2月2日，火神山医院完成军地交接，总台央视记者探访医院内部：每个病房布置两张专用病床，房间中有一个单独的小窗口，还有一个玻璃窗，方便医护人员拿取物品。病房里的空调、通风设施、消毒设备全部安装到位。病房还配备一个独立卫生间，内置马桶、洗脸池、热水器、淋浴等设施。

On February 2, Huoshenshan Hospital was handed over by civilian authorities in Wuhan City to PLA's Joint Logistic Support Force. According to a CCTV reporter, each ward has two special beds and a separate small window, which is convenient for medical staff in providing medicinal care. Each ward has air conditioning, ventilation facilities, and disinfection equipment. The wards are also equipped with separate washrooms, built-in toilets, wash pools, water heaters, and bathrooms among other facilities. 

援武汉军事医学专家组进驻火神山医院

军队抽组1400名医护人员已于2月3日起承担火神山医院医疗救治任务。

此外，由解放军疾病预防控制中心、军事科学院军事医学研究院组建的联合专家组已进驻武汉火神山医院，现场指导医院疫情防控工作。据悉，该研究院抽组专家具有病毒学、微生物学等专业背景。除配合指导医院开展病毒检测、提供生物防护指导、推广现有实物性成果临床验证外，专家组还将针对新型冠状病毒的感染及传播规律开展研究。

A total of 1,400 medics from the armed forces have been posted at Huoshenshan Hospital. 

In addition, a joint expert group set up by the PLA Center for Disease Control and Prevention and the Academy of Military Medical Sciences has been stationed at the Huoshenshan Hospital. Experts from the field of virology and microbiology will guide the work of epidemic prevention. The experts' group will also conduct research on the infection and transmission rules of the novel coronavirus. 

Netizens on Chinese social media praised construction workers for their hard work. Some volunteers even made banners saying "Wuhan, we are with you" to boost the morale of those on the frontline of the battle against coronavirus.
