归未得？总关心！多地中国留学生收到健康包
海外的新冠疫情仍在不断蔓延，口罩、药品等防疫物资紧缺。而留学在外的160万中国学子中有142万余人，还滞留在他乡。
这些游子牵动着祖国的心。
China has about 1.6 million students studying abroad. Some returned home after the COVID-19 pandemic began its global spread, but about 1.42 million have stayed in their host countries and regions.
在周四的新闻发布会上，中国外交部副部长马朝旭表示，很多留学生还是选择了留在海外，这样可以规避在旅途中交叉感染的风险。
为了保障这些海外学子的安全与健康，确保他们拥有足够的防疫用品，中国驻各地的使领馆开始通过各种渠道向他们提供“健康包”。目前，各使领馆正向留学生较为集中的国家和地区发出50万份健康包，内含1100多万个口罩、50万份消毒物品及防疫指南等物资。
During a press conference on Thursday, Ma Zhaoxu, Chinese vice minister of foreign affairs, said most of the overseas students prefer to stay where they are in order to avoid cross infections on the way back home.
In order to protect the students and make sure they have sufficient supplies, the Chinese embassies have distributed 500,000 "sanitary packages" to overseas students, which included face masks, disinfectant sprays, sanitizers and guidelines to self-protect during the outbreak.

许多留学生在网上晒出了自己收到的健康包。
其中一位身在意大利米兰的留学生收到的健康包里除了20个口罩，一盒莲花清瘟胶囊，还有留有两句诗：“细理游子绪，菰米似故乡。”
这些诗句来自另一位中国留学生侯跃男。为了让心理慰藉与物资保障一起到位，他在帮助发放中国使馆派发的健康包时，手写了230份诗句纸条随健康包一起发放。
此外，中国驻冰岛大使馆发放的健康包上印着中国国宝大熊猫和冰岛国鸟海鹦；在荷兰的留学生收到的健康包上附有“月明闻杜宇，南北总关心”；……
Some students have shared the content of the packages on social media.
A Chinese student in Milan, Italy, took a video of the package showing the 20 face masks they received as well as a box of Lianhua Qingwen Capsule – a Traditional Chinese Medicine that was included in the "Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia Diagnosis and Treatment Scheme" by the National Health Commission – and a handwritten calligraphy work of two poems expressing care towards the students.
马朝旭还在发布会上提到，其实在健康包开始发放之前，中国的很多领使馆已经在自发地为海外学子采买物资了。
Ma also revealed that before the parcels were delivered to the Chinese embassies, some diplomatic missions had purchased materials to distribute to the students. The Chinese Consulate in San Francisco handed out their own materials to the Chinese students.
Face masks, sanitizers and disinfectant sprays are hard to come by in supermarkets and pharmacies around the world.

外交部表示，中国目前已经安排了9个航班从伊朗和意大利等疫情严重的地区接回了1475名中国公民。对于一些确实有困难、需要回国的人员，中国政府将采取必要措施，逐步有序地安排他们回国。
The ministry said that China arranged nine flights and brought back 1,457 Chinese from some hot zones including Iran and Italy. Vice Minister Ma said that the country has also been considering transporting those facing emergencies or difficulties back home. A London-bound flight took off at 9:30 BJT on Thursday morning, Ma said at the press conference.
As of Thursday, 36 overseas Chinese students were confirmed to have tested positive for COVID-19, and 11 of them have been discharged from the hospital after treatment.
