终于到了这一天！奥巴马Out，特朗普In……

从最后一次国宴，到最后一次检阅军队，再到最后一次公开演讲，近来关于奥巴马的新闻似乎都飘着淡淡的忧桑……美国时间20日，特朗普就职典礼之后，奥巴马就要搬出白宫了，突然好舍不得有木有~

据21世纪路边社报道，奥巴马最近十分悠闲，主要工作不再是政务，而是花样炫（nüè）妻（gǒu）：

咳咳，言归正传，奥巴马还是干了点正事儿~（谁说夸老婆不是正经事儿的？拉出去跪着……）

当地时间1月17日，奥巴马举行了任期内最后一场记者会~大家其实都明白，这次记者会主要就是告别，顺带，再给特朗普提个醒~

按照“惯例”奥巴马依旧以自己最正常的身份——段子手来了开场白：

我本来打算在最后一次发布会上穿个棕色西装，但是米歇尔，她对于时尚的感觉还是比我好一些，告诉我一月份不适合穿棕色西装。

 Let me start off by saying that I was sorely tempted to wear a tan suit today for my last press conference. But Michelle, whose fashion sense is a little better than mine, tells me that’s not appropriate in January.

在时尚方面，世纪君认为奥巴马还是应该听老婆的~正应了那句老话，不会炫妻的段子手不是好总统~

那么接下来才是发布会的要点：在被问及卸任后是否会为了有梦想的人回归政坛时，奥巴马表示，“不会这么快。首先我要跟我老婆庆祝结婚25周年。”

Well, let me be absolutely clear. I did not mean that I was going to be running for anything anytime soon. So, what I meant is that it’s important for me to take some time to process this amazing experience that we’ve gone through; to make sure that my wife, with whom I will be celebrating a 25th anniversary this year, is willing to re-up and put up with me for a little bit longer.

然后就是写写书啥的~要知道，对于卸任的奥巴马来说，写书赚稿酬可是一大笔收入呢~（想了解奥巴马卸任后生活的的小伙伴们戳这里哟）

至于政治方面，奥巴马也挑明了，他会坚持捍卫美国的核心价值观（core values）。比如政策可以有所反复（back-and-forth），但是有些事情如果发生，奥巴马还是不会坐视不管的~比如系统性歧视（ systematic discrimination）、阻止选民投票、行使权力等等。

当然，面对继任者特朗普，奥巴马也有一肚子话要说~

巴马在谈及对当选总统特朗普的执政建议时强调了幕僚和团队的重要性，包括内阁成员和白宫高级顾问。“我给予最好的忠告是――这是一份你无法独立完成的庞大工作，你需要极大地依赖团队。”

This is a job of such magnitude that you can’t do it by yourself. You are enormously reliant on a team. Your Cabinet, your senior White House staff, all the way to fairly junior folks in their 20s and 30s but who are executing on significant responsibilities. And so, how you put a team together to make sure that they’re getting you the best information and they are teeing up the options from which you will ultimately make decisions.

再具体些？奥巴马认为自己给特朗普最具建设性的建议：兼听则明，偏信则暗

That’s probably the most useful constructive advice and the most constructive advice that I’ve been able to give him, that if you find yourself isolated because the process breaks down or if you’re only hearing from people who agree with you on everything or if you haven’t created a process that is fact-checking and probing and asking hard questions about policies or promises that you’ve made, that’s when you start making mistakes.

Sometimes I get mad and frustrated like everybody else does, but at my core, I think we’re going to be OK. We just have to fight for it, we have to work for it and not take it for granted and I know that you will help us do that.

动身前往华盛顿，当然还要再发推特~

“准备动身前往华盛顿特区，旅途开始，我将会努力工作奋发图强，让美国人民享受这段旅程。我坚信，只要我们团结一心，就能让美国再次变得伟大！”

只不过世纪君觉得，这里应该再加上一张用手机前置摄像头拍的自拍，然后选一个滤镜，凸显出阳光明媚岁月静好的样子……

其实在就职典礼这几天，特朗普也是很忙的~毕竟，这项传统已经有200多年的历史了，特立独行的特朗普这回也得按部就班一把。

当地时间1月19日下午，特朗普和彭斯来到阿灵顿国家公墓，向无名英雄墓敬献花圈（laying a wreath）。随后，军乐队在林肯纪念堂倒影池西南处的舞台上进行演奏。演奏结束后，总统与副总统在林肯纪念堂举办的“让美国再次伟大”音乐会上发表讲话。

President-elect Donald Trump made a stop at Arlington National Cemetery as he continues his countdown to inauguration. Trump was joined in a ceremony at the cemetery by Vice President-elect Mike Pence. The pair silently placed a wreath in front of the Tomb of the Unknowns—a monument dedicated to service members whose remains were never identified. After placing the wreath, the two men put their hands on their hearts as solemn music played. Trump’s family, including his wife, Melania, and adult children and grandchildren were also present.

世纪君倒是觉得，推特可以聘请特朗普当代言人了，干啥事儿都不忘发一条……

马上学：致敬的说法多种多样，比如可以用salute、pay a tribute或者Pay homage to~例：He paid tribute to the dead soldiers. (他向死去的战士致敬。)

进入20日，一大早特朗普、彭斯及他们的家人会先来到白宫附近的圣约翰圣公会大教堂进行祷告。

The president-elect and his family will attend a religious service at St. John’s Episcopal Church, just a short walk from Blair House.

宣誓之前，现任总统奥巴马将同特朗普在白宫会面喝茶或喝咖啡，随后两人将偕同夫人乘坐一辆车前往国会大厦。

The incoming and departing presidents will meet at the White House with their wives. As is customary, Mr. Trump and Mr. Obama will then ride together down Pennsylvania Avenue to the Capitol.

要知道，两人的上一次见面就被媒体们长枪短炮的包围了，从后来的照片上看，两人的会面就如同“例行公事”一般~不知道这次会怎么样，尤其是奥巴马还在不断地敲打特朗普~

之后就是最重要的就职典礼了，彭斯首先会宣誓成为美国第48任副总统，仪式由联邦最高法院法官克拉伦斯·托马斯主持。随后，摩门大教堂合唱团将表演，这也是该合唱团第六次在总统就职典礼或阅兵游行中进行表演。

随后，特朗普将进行总统宣誓，宣誓仪式由首席大法官约翰·罗伯茨主持。

据说，特朗普将把手放在两本圣经上（脑补你们看过的好莱坞大片），然后他的誓词是这样滴：

“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

宣誓仪式结束后，军乐队会演奏曲目《向统帅致敬》（Hail to the Chief），特朗普享受21响礼炮的待遇。

午后时分，离任总统奥巴马将从国会大厦东翼告别~

忙乎了一个早上，终于到了可以吃东西的时刻~对，这也是传统！新任总统和副总统都会在就职典礼后参加由JCCIC（就职仪式国会联合委员会）主办的国会午餐会。从1897年就开始了，只不过自艾森豪威尔总统（1953年）之后，才有了现在的形式。

The tradition of a president enjoying an inaugural luncheon hosted by the Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies (JCCIC) dates back to 1897, but did not begin in its current form until 1953. That year, President Dwight D. Eisenhower and 50 guests dined on creamed chicken, baked ham, and potato puffs in the now-restored Old Senate Chamber.

来看看特朗普的菜单，感觉很高大上呢~

菜单显示，午餐会开始后将会首先呈上缅因大龙虾和墨西哥湾粽虾，配以藏红花汁和花生碎；主菜是安格斯牛排，配以黑巧克力和杜松汁；至于甜品，宾客们可以享用到巧克力蛋奶酥和樱桃香草冰淇淋。此外，虽然特朗普不喝酒，但其他宾客可以喝上几杯加利福尼亚州出产的红酒和香槟。

The meal will begin with Maine lobster and gulf shrimp, served with saffron sauce and peanut crumble, according to the committee. Despite Trump’s abstinence from alcohol, other guests will get to sip two California wines and end the meal with a champagne made in California.

吃饱了继续干正事儿~下午特朗普会检阅军队，然后总统特朗普与副总统彭斯将参加庆祝总统就职的游行活动，游行队伍由8000多人组成，包括美国老兵、现役军人、高中及大学的乐队成员、警察等，游行队伍中还有摩托车队和骑兵，他们将沿着宾夕法尼亚大道从国会山一路行进到白宫。

1997年，还很年轻的希拉里和克林顿在游行中~

Mr. Trump and Mr. Pence will lead the parade from the Capitol down Pennsylvania Avenue, with thousands of military personnel representing each branch. Once he has arrived at the White House, Mr. Trump will watch the rest of the parade from a reviewing stand there.

吉米·卡特总统是第一位在游行中步行的总统，从那时起，总统都会选择乘坐豪华轿车参与游行，并在其中一段游行路线中选择步行。

There will be two official inaugural balls, held on separate floors of the Walter E. Washington Convention Center, as well as the Armed Services Ball, which will be held at the National Building Museum. Mr. Trump is expected to make remarks and take to the dance floor at all three.
