2023 marks the 20th anniversary of NARISAWA. NARISAWA Tokyo will be closed for renovation from March to May, while NARISAWA Shanghai is expected to open in early May.

Jason Liu, a young chef, started his career at the age of 14 and worked his way up from Bistro to Chinese Cuisine Fine Dining. At the age of 28, he won 1-Michelin star and the Michelin Young Chef Award.
In March 2023, LING LONG Shanghai branch has already started its soft opening on the first floor of Waldorf Astoria Shanghai on the Bund.
The main colors of black and red represent the concept of "past, present and future", with a strong sense of art.
The rough interior decoration contrasts with exquisite dishes.
LING LONG launches a set menu for one person priced at RMB 1680. Nine dishes will offer you Chinese "Re-fine Dining" experience.
Maaemo, a world-renowned restaurant in Oslo, Norway, was founded in 2010 by Danish chef Esben Holmboe Bang. It was ranked 47th on the "World's 50 Best Restaurants" list in 2021.

Frantzén Shanghai's opening was also postponed because of the pandemic, but luckily the group has officially announced that it will open this year.
The restaurant will be in the form of "a fine dining concept with a à la carte style menu".
This 14-seat fusion restaurant is brought by Wu Bin and Eddie Huwang, who has worked in Michelin restaurants such as Eleven Madison Park, Restaurant Daniel, and Nomai.

Dim light, original stone texture, reed fragrance and old wooden beams bring diners to the mysterious space of Orientalism to get immersed in the taste of Fusion cuisine.
The chef will interact with diners in the open kitchen. Local Chinese ingredients will be incorporated with various cuisines, including French cuisine, Nordic cuisine, New York fusion and Chinese cooking.
The rendering of Meet the Bund (North Bund)
As the only Michelin-listed Fujian cuisine restaurant in China, Meet the Bund has been the representation of the high-end Fujian cuisine. After opening its second branch in Xintiandi at the beginning of this year, it is planned to open an upgraded third branch in the North Bund in June.
This new branch will have excellent views, and the average bill per person will be higher than the other two branches.
Old furniture and designer pieces will be seen in the new space, adding a sense of elegance and delicacy.
The rendering of The Pine
The Pine, the pioneer of the "Chinese French Cuisine" in Shanghai, has taken a brief hiatus and moved to a new location in Changle Garden as it enters its 5th year.
It is located in an English-style villa.
The founders of the restaurant, Mr. Tian Yifei and Mrs. Liu Wenchao, have placed some of their art collections in the restaurant, creating an art dining space.
The Pine also welcomes its first female chef, Julia Yu, to be in charge. She has worked at Mr & Mrs Bund and Ultraviolet, and will explore more possibilities of "Chinese French cuisine" at The Pine.
Their first spring menu is inspired by the food culture of the Song Dynasty to tribute to traditional Chinese wisdom, aesthetics and philosophy.
After six months of preparation, Stefan Stiller, the owner of Shanghai's 3-star Michelin restaurant Taian Table, has created a new restaurant in Xintiandi.
