MONIN x Cachaca 51: Embrace the colours of life
【 This post is sponsored by MONIN.】
Nick Wu’s bartending journey is an impressive one: what started as an interest during vocational school almost 20 years ago grew into a fantastic career; winning him numerous international awards in flair and craft bartending competitions.
Since opening his first venue Bar Mood in Taipei, Nick has expanded his business across Asia, first to Bangkok and most recently to Shanghai. He sees these venues as a stage for young bartenders to shine, while The Artist Bar & Bistro, his new offering in Shanghai, is setting up to provide training courses for the industry in the near future.
A frequent traveller, Nick says he is always inspired by local colours and flavours when he visits different cities. That’s exactly what he wants to tell each bartender with this crafted Monin x Cachacha 51 cocktail: don’t forget to stop, look, listen and feel the moment.
