超级界面的丰盈洄游 / JTL Studio & 魏玛景观

本案位于安徽省会合肥，它有着省城优越的生活条件和国际化的设计底蕴，亦浸润着徽派景致的源远流长与雅致妙谛。而合肥淝河板块新片区，这里既有高能级的城市资源，又有全新的城市界面。项目自带建面约1800㎡社区商业，临近建面约2万方CO·life绚集街区商业（在建）、万象系商业（在建）等等，商业氛围浓厚的同时也为后期的居住使用添加了许多城市烟火。

我们在城市场域与内核的基础之上，剖开地缘文化与社会生活的庞大现实，期望带领居者能够亲身感受自我与边界的消除，真实与虚假边界的弥合，外象与肌理边界的洄游。一场关于都市、技术、美学、结构、真义的表达将在此尽情释放，我们于此或回眸、或重塑，以期探索出独属于都市主义的静谧“斯园”，去重铸可持续发展基底之上的城市超级界面，去丰盈群众心底的“超级界面”。

The project is located in Hefei, the capital of Anhui Province, which has the superior living conditions of the provincial capital and the international design heritage, as well as the long history and elegant beauty of the Huizhou style landscape. In the new section of Hefei River Plate, there were both high-level urban resources and a brand new urban interface. The project comes with a built-up area of about 1800 square meters of community business, adjacent to the built-up area of about 20,000 square meters of CO·life xuan set block commercial (under construction), Vientiane commercial (under construction), etc., strong commercial atmosphere, but also for the later residential use to add a lot of urban fireworks.

On the basis of urban field and core, we split the huge reality of geographical culture and social life, hoping to lead the residents to feel the elimination of self and boundary, the bridging of real and false boundary, and the migration of outer image and texture boundary. An expression about the city, technology, aesthetics, structure and true meaning will be released here. We can either look back or reshape here, in order to explore the quiet "Si Yuan" that belongs to urbanism alone, to recast the urban super interface on the basis of sustainable development, and to enrich the "super interface" in the hearts of the masses.

01衍生地带Derivative zone

在与城市周界的处理上，我们通过对城市街角花园、周界道路的再设计，给繁忙都市与静谧居住以“缓冲退隐”处理。街角的苍翠古树镌刻场地印记，线性口袋花园令人徜徉，为通行的道路创造停留场所的同时，关于城市生活的人文气息，自然新生也一并带入到项目的衍生地带中。

In terms of dealing with the urban perimeter, we redesigned the gardens and perimeter roads on the city corners to deal with "buffer retreat" for busy cities and quiet living. The verdure trees on the corner mark the site, and the linear pocket garden makes people walk around. While creating a stop for the passing road, the cultural atmosphere of urban life is also brought into the derivative zone of the project.

入口门头

在入口门头的色调的选择上，以自然温润的暖色调融入都市的当代审美，勾勒出独特的建筑肌理，一面代表着领域的人文昭示，一面代表着与建筑肌理的融合共生。贝金米黄的几何立面由内迸发出威严有序的视觉张力，再搭配以植物新绿美学映衬，衍生而成恒久的认同感、归属感并与场域共鸣共生。

In the selection of the hue of the entrance door, the warm and natural tone is integrated into the contemporary aesthetic of the city, outlining the unique architectural texture which represents the field of humanity and the integration and symbiosis with the architectural texture. The geometric facade of Beijin beige burst out dignified and orderly visual tension from the inside, and then matched with the aesthetic of plant green, derived into a permanent sense of identity, belonging and symbiosis with the field.

02结构主义Structuralism

因建筑于街道的大幅退让，得以创造了有领域感的前场、也满足了前厅落客的尺度。

Due to the large retreat of the building from the street, the front field with a sense of domain is created and the scale of the front hall is met.

前厅落客区

在这样满足车行又兼顾人行功能，尺度感相对较大的空间里，在没有建筑围合的情况下，我们希望景观能够作为结构形态的支持。此处以高大的乔木界定落客的动线、也规避了视线与建筑直接对穿的情况。特选丛生乌桕搭配抬高异型树池，只需身处其间，聆听风吟的“清翠”，便只顾邂逅都市自然岛屿，步步闲适，引道向前。

In such a space that meets the needs of cars and pedestrians and has a relatively large sense of scale, we hope that the landscape can be used as the support of the structural form in the absence of architectural enclosure. Here, tall trees define the moving line of visitors, but also to avoid the sight and the building directly to wear the situation. Chinese Tallow trees are specially selected to raise the special shaped tree pool. Only when you are in it and listen to the "Qingcui" of the wind, you can only encounter the natural island of the city and lead the way forward with ease step by step.

落客前场中心水景喷泉

除了植物部分，水景细节也在人视线距离做了一些考究。落客前场中心水景喷泉处板材采用海浪花整石大板，通过对每块石材单独加工定制，减少石材分缝的割裂感，保证整体线条完整性。不同材料、不同面层材质等序列组合，创造出各种不同的景观效果，使前场序列感更强。也在这种独到的装饰性上、强调隐匿的精致。

In addition to the plant parts, the details of the waterscape have also been carefully considered at the distance of the human line of sight. The slabs at the waterscape fountain in the center of the front field before the drop-off are made of whole stone slabs made of sea waves, and each piece of stone is individually processed and customized to reduce the split feeling of the stone joints and ensure the integrity of the overall line. Different materials and different surface materials are combined to create various landscape effects and make the front field have a stronger sense of sequence. Also in this unique decoration, it emphasizes the hidden delicacy.

03洄游尽致

Complete Migration

在进入落客前厅以后，我们通过很多不同尺度的院子，与室内的功能做了呼应与串联。前来的游客也能在这室内外的切换穿行中，体验游园的趣味—— 室内、连廊、半室内、园子、而后又回到室内的空间。这样与厅堂的互动，模糊了建筑本体的界限，融合、多元，艺术浸润，虚实互映，曲折尽致。

After entering the drop-in lobby, we echo and connect the functions of the interior through many different scales of the yard. Visitors can also experience the fun of the garden in this switch between indoor and outdoor space -- indoor, corridor, semi-indoor, garden, and then back to the indoor space. Such interaction with the hall blurred the boundaries of the architectural ontology, integration, diversity, artistic infiltration, virtual and real mutual reflection, twists and turns.

洄游于庭院之间

乌桕小林院

以小乌桕组成的小林院，不管是因高差地势带来的从上往下、或是进入连廊前、又或者是被玻璃幕墙环绕，各个维度写意无穷意境，尽显立体与空灵之感。下层结合微地形布满苔藓，并配以各种荫生类植物的种植，形成独特的观赏景致。

The small forest yard composed of Tallow Tallow, no matter from the top down due to the elevation difference, in front of the connecting corridor, or surrounded by the glass curtain wall, has infinite freehand mood in all dimensions, showing the three-dimensional and ethereal sense. The lower layer combines micro-topography covered with moss, and with endless summer and other plants planting, forming a unique view.结合地形高差设计的认知花园

与室内学习课堂的功能相通，我们结合地形的高差做了认知花园。这些看似独立的大大小小的院子，其实都是依附于建筑会所、地形高差大的框架下面来进行的设计，每一个院子的存在与其所在的周边的功能息息相关。

Similar to the function of the indoor learning classroom, we combined the height difference of the terrain to create a cognitive garden. These seemingly independent courtyards, large and small, are actually designed under the framework of the building clubhouse and the large terrain height difference. The existence of each courtyard is closely related to the surrounding functions.

下沉水院空间

因未来居住区的标高与市政道路约4米的高差——整体大区的标高将高于外界，水院相较于未建成的住区部分是下沉庭院空间的存在，但又是会所的对景与延伸空间。我们将对景的看面，做了叠瀑的处理，给室内完整的看面，是会所空间的延伸，不会直接看到未来大区的生活，也强化了会所更多私属园林的感受。

Due to the height difference of about 4 meters between the elevation of the future residential area and the municipal road - the overall elevation of the large area will be higher than outside, and the water yard will be submerged compared to the unbuilt residential area, but it is also the opposite view and extension space of the clubhouse. We will look at the view of the scene and make a cascading waterfall to give the interior a complete look, which is an extension of the club space and will not directly see the life of the future area, and also strengthens the feeling of more private gardens in the club. 

叠瀑庭院

整个下沉空间颜色都较为厚重，随着人走上台阶，植物也从淡雅的绿色地被渐变为浮动的深色树林，用整形绿篱打底，生长出各种开花植物，背景的绿化消隐了未来居住区及等待廊架。

The color of the whole sunken space is relatively thick. As people walk up the steps, the plants also gradually change from the elegant green ground cover to the floating dark forest. With the plastic hedge as the foundation, various flowering plants grow.

同时，叠瀑庭院为给予后场空间宁静与惬意，水景花池采用爱马仕黑仿石，跌水台阶采用黑色不锈钢边带，池底采用福鼎黑花岗岩微自然面，且做了不同于前场水景的整黑系处理，整体形成几何肌理的视觉延伸。

At the same time, in order to give tranquility and coziness to the space in the backyard, the cascading waterfall garden uses Hermes black imitation stone for the waterscape flower pool, black stainless steel side bands for the falling steps, and Fuding black granite micro-natural surface for the bottom of the pool, which is different from the waterscape in the front yard. The whole black system treatment forms a visual extension of the geometric texture as a whole.

04连接未来Connect the future

水院背后的墙面是未来车库的侧墙，从外部历经归家礼序后拾级而上，会完成真正意义的交通转换。来到归家后的心境转换的廊架空间、进而连接未来社区。

The wall behind the water yard is the side wall of the garage in the future. After going through the homecoming ritual from the outside, it will complete the real traffic conversion. After coming back home, the mood changes the corridor space, and then connects the future community.

在景观日益同质化的今日，景观意识宛若一个被压扁的世界的囚徒，这个世界会被景观银幕的表象所限制，会被景观真义的释放所触动，我们试图通过自然主义种植式的场景渗透，价值延伸出超级界面的场域精神与植观美学，自然生长，参与式互动。

In today's increasingly homogenized landscape, landscape consciousness is like a prisoner of a squished world, which is restricted by the appearance of landscape screen and touched by the release of the true meaning of landscape. We try to penetrate through naturalistic planting scenes, extending the value of the super-interface field spirit and planting aesthetics, natural growth and participatory interaction.社区生活场景营造

城市界面 | 古树场力&线性花园

在城市界面的植物营造中我们以“古树场力”突破传统建筑学的掣肘，展现出地缘与人文的精神场力。同时撷取合肥母亲河南淝河“粼粼波光”之意运用于“线性花园”设计中，以沉稳的绿篱体块彰显母亲河的亘古绵长，以底色繁花的蓝紫色模拟淝河粼光。我们以期在狭长街区的设计中以色彩还原城市活力，线性引导，随之涌动而生深刻的文化底蕴。

In the plant construction of urban interface, we use "ancient tree field force" to break through the constraints of traditional architecture and show the spiritual field force of geography and humanity. At the same time, the meaning of "shimmering waves" of Henan Feihe River, the mother of Hefei, was used in the design of the "linear garden", showing the ancient length of the mother River with the steady hedge block and simulating the light of the Feihe River in blue and purple with overblown flowers. We hope to restore the vitality of the city with color in the design of long and narrow blocks, linear guidance, and then the surge of profound cultural deposits.

被自然绿意包裹的线性花园

落客庭院 | 森野幽微：滨江森林公园的缩影

在落客庭院中以“森野幽微”为空间主题意境，作为滨江森林公园的缩影写意，我们于此空间中营造浓郁的深山之感，将落客区拟放在郁葱的森林中，楹门礼境森氧幽微之惬意。

In the drop-in courtyard, the theme of the space is "forest wild and secluded". As a miniature of Riverside forest park, we create a strong sense of deep mountains in this space, and place the drop-in area in the lush forest to provide a pleasant atmosphere of forest and oxygen.
森林中的落客庭院

林院转折 | 林苑竞秀图-徽派盆景

林院转折间咏叙而出徽派山水的诗意，古桩遒劲的梅花，修剪整齐的云片球组，结合微地形布满苔藓。穿插铺地向上而起的苍劲木质的徽州栀子花，营造独有的徽派景观。

The poetry of Hui-style landscape is described between the turning points of the forest and the courtyard. The ancient piles are of plum blossom, the manicured cloud slices and balls, and the micro-topography is covered with moss. Interspersed with the vigorous wooden Huizhou gardenia rising from the paving ground, creating a unique Huizhou style landscape.

赋有山水诗意的乌桕林院

多棵自然形态各异的弯曲乌桕宛若“巨型”精致盆景，迎客而立，好一幅《林苑竞秀》图景。俯首可见林下地被层选以徽州独有桅子、映山红、南天竹、中华景天等簇拥“伏笔”，于自然意蕴中渐窥质朴。

A number of Chinese Tallow trees with different natural forms, like "giant" exquisite bonsai, stand in front of visitors, creating a scene of "Forest Garden Jingxiu". Looking down, you can see that the understory is surrounded by Huizhou's unique masts, mountain red, southern bamboo, Chinese sedum, etc., showing the simplicity gradually in the natural connotation.

中心水景“量体定制”

中心水景喷泉板材选用海浪花整石大板，每块石材皆“量体定制”，宛如艺术镌刻，自然连贯。水景池底采以福鼎黑仿石砖烧面，池边压顶选用福鼎黑花岗岩光面石材，不同肌理组合材质，结合日月四季之景，变化无穷。

Central water fountain plate selection wave flower whole stone plate, each stone is "volume customization", like art engraved natural coherence. Waterscape pool with Fuding black imitation stone brick burning surface, pool top selection of Fuding black granite smooth stone, different texture combination material, combined with the four seasons of the sun and moon, infinite changes. With the side tufted Chinese tallow, Pu tree and surrounding tropical large leaf plant varieties tulip, crane orchid glow into the interest, the sequence is calm.

极致的参数化设计

主材结构“轻盈延伸”

在水榭林间景墙的排版与选材上，我们经过多轮磨合，反复试验，并依不同编号排布施工，力求保证图纸的最终落地性。我们采用轻便的钢结构+铜色质感金属边框+贝金米黄大理石干挂的形式，与建筑融合，与自然渗透，与新绿相衬，光影变换，轻盈延伸，温润如玉。

In the layout and material selection of the landscape wall between the waterside pavilion and the forest, we have gone through multiple rounds of running-in, repeated tests, and arranged construction according to different numbers, and strive to ensure the final landing of the drawings. We adopt the form of light steel structure + copper texture metal frame + Bejin beige marble dry hanging, which is integrated with the building, permeated with nature, lined with the new green, light and shadow transformation, light extension, warm and smooth jade.

轻盈的廊架

三维对缝“共生融合”

为与地缘共融，与空间设计共生，我们精研三维立体空间对缝模式，即地面铺装、硬景及建筑幕墙三者在宽度上对缝一致，呈现相互呼应的状态，在视觉上形成完整的一条线。这种排版施工方式，不仅强化空间秩序感，且赋予空间线性质感，存粹简洁，高奢礼遇。

In order to integrate with geography and symbiosis with space design, we carefully studied the joint mode of three-dimensional space, that is, the ground pavement, hard landscape and building curtain wall have the same joint in width, showing a state of mutual echo, forming a complete line visually. This typesetting construction method not only strengthens the sense of space order, but also endows the space with linear texture, simplicity and high luxury.

一如朗拾一直延续的理念——拾起生活的真意。它不仅是“都市隐奢的意境、心灵沉浸的绿洲”，更应该保有“参苓之上，斯园如此的精致品味”。让居者于此重构本质生活的领土，感受自然之于城市的丰盈，追求可续发展的“城市的超级界面”，丰盈浮躁生活之下的“心灵的超级界面”，完成“空间的平静相处”。

Just like the main concept- pursue the nature of life. It is not only "the city hidden luxury of artistic conception, the oasis of soul immersion", but also should keep "Shenling above, such exquisite taste of Si Yuan". Let residents here reconstruct the territory of essential life, feel the richness of nature in the city, pursue sustainable development of the "super interface of the city", "super interface of the mind" under the rich impetuous life, and complete the "peaceful coexistence of space".
