杜梦堂DUMONTEIL荣幸参展2021年第八届「西岸艺术与设计博览会」，展位号B207，呈现来自八位国内外艺术家的精选作品。此次画廊在西岸展出的大部分作品均是首次在国内亮相，其中包括尚-马理·费欧理(Jean-Marie Fiori)的功能性雕塑，翁纪军和文森·漆(Vincent Cazeneuve)以大漆为媒介的最新创作，以及画廊新晋挖掘的四位法国新锐艺术家的近期新作，包括：雨果·德维切尔(Hugo Deverchère)的驻留项目作品，查尔斯·哈斯科埃特(Charles Hascoët)和布鲁诺·加丹纳(Bruno Gadenne)的油画作品，以及雨果·席德(Ugo Schildge)的雕塑性绘画。同时，展位还将展出丹尼尔·达维欧(Daniel Daviau)的大型公共雕塑作品。DUMONTEIL is delighted to announce its participation in the 8th edition of West Bund Art and Design Fair, booth B207, featuring selected works from eight national and international artists.The majority of this selection is being shown for the first time in China, including Jean-Marie Fiori’s functional sculpture, Weng Jijun and Vincent Cazeneuve's latest creations in the medium of lacquer, and the most recent works by four emerging French artists, newly discovered by the gallery, among which are Hugo Deverchère’s latest series “la Isla de las Siete Ciudades”, oil on canvas by Charles Hascoët and Bruno Gadenne, and sculptural paintings by Ugo Schildge. Besides the above, the booth will also feature a monumental sculpture by Daniel Daviau.

丹尼尔·达维欧(Daniel Daviau)的《巴纳比》是艺术家极具代表性的大型公共雕塑作品。凭借其标志性的凝练线条和出众的锈色工艺，达维欧以独特的水中造型等比例再现了河马这一独特而壮观的物种，从而唤起人们对野生动物生存现状的思考。Daniel Daviau's “Barnaby” is a highly representative monumental bronze sculpture that demonstrates his signature lines and outstanding patina technique. The artist has created a life-size hippopotamus half-submerged in water to represent this unique and spectacular species, evoking thoughts for the survival of wildlife.

尚-马理·费欧理(Jean-Marie Fiori)的功能性雕塑《香槟鹿桌》和《雄鹿边桌》展示了费欧理通过将建筑与设计元素融入其雕塑创作的方式，进一步挖掘其造型语汇的新可能。在《香槟鹿桌》中，他将极富个人风格的雄鹿造型与边桌和可取用的冰桶巧妙结合，为观者带来由衷的欣喜。Jean-Marie Fiori's functional sculptures “Deer Champagne Console” and “Deer Side Table” have exemplified how Fiori incorporates elements of architecture and design into his established sculptural language, further exploring the new possibilities of his stylistic vocabulary. In “Deer Champagne Console”, he combines a stag console with a removable ice bucket in a playful way that brings heartfelt delight to the viewer.

值得一提的是，费欧理新作的展出是画廊继九月的预热后为艺术家在上海空间即将举办的重量级个展再次造势。而在艺博会举办期间，查尔斯·哈斯科埃(Charles Hascoët)在中国的首次个展「我想去大海深处静一静」也会于杜梦堂(上海)持续展出。敬请期待杜梦堂此次在西岸艺博会展出的更多重点作品介绍。
Notably, this showcase of Fiori is the second promotion for his upcoming major solo exhibition at Dumonteil Shanghai after the warm-up in September. Meanwhile, "The Deep", Charles Hascoët’s first solo exhibition in China continues through the fair till 17th November.
