询盘的回复规则:
1、回复及时(24小时内是黄金时间)
2、内容专业(清晰、简洁、完整)
3、格式规范(别忽略问候语,结束语等细节)

举例:如何处理LED Display询盘?
Step1: 打开后台,观察国家,询盘的日期,平台给予的潜力打分,初步判定哪个询盘可删,哪个询盘进入下一步? 参考下图:
Step2: 打开具体每一个询盘,粗鲁过滤,太不怎么样的询盘(询盘不属于我司的产品范畴)迅速果断归类为垃圾询盘,如下图:
Step2:根据经典二八原则(20%+80%),第三次过滤开始,根据询盘内容.
下面的这封邮件可归为20%的重要客户群,具体内容我用红色标注了
还可以看询盘的右边的信息,公司的名称,公司可以用google ,Facebook等去搜索看看该公司的全面当地信息(抱歉,为了保护商业机密,客户真实信息我打了马赛克,因为有的客户时间有限,没有在阿里巴巴平台上详细注明业务类型,公司官网网址,邮箱,当地电话,像我的这个客户填的信息比较多,下面是平台对客户的追踪记录:只浏览了18个产品,就有8个询盘和有效回复询盘,种种迹象可以推断,该客户是一个值得认真回复,对待的潜力客户。
Step3: 正式回复询盘,
我们需要用80%的精力去对待20%的重要客户,通过多层次多维度分析,我们判断上面这封询盘的发出者为重要客户之一,针对客户的详细询盘我们需要全面深入的阐述公司,产品,品牌和服务等。在中国品牌默默无闻的年代,如何让客户从众多同质化的供应商中选中你,这其中靠的不仅是高品质的产品,服务,更重要的是公司的文化魅力,员工的职业人文综合素养等。运气只能忽略不计了
