切勿内容空洞:邮件里至少要用最精炼的语言提到自己公司或产品的优势,价格优势、技术先进、设计新颖、生产周期短等等。总之就是把你和其他供应商区别开来的东西。

精益求精:想办法找到联系人的名字,很多时候邮件地址里面就包含对方的名字,还可以试着用其他方式查找,比如上客户官网或者搜索引擎查询。实在找不到,也最好写Dear Sir / Madam。

要市场细分:你是否了解客户公司,它属于manufacturer, importer, distributor, wholesaler还是retailer?对不同类型的客户,要针对其诉求对症下药。
